i was in vege shop 2day, buying nanas, and i looked over at the veges.... i know i need to.... veges are like cardio. i know i need it, but it always seems to end up in the cba basket....

its not the going off, its the extra kitchen time bro!! :shifty:

just did my 2 compound jab. i really needa get some drawing pins, i now realise how super cunty it is trying to draw 1cc from the prop without being able to dump air in, and all through a 23g pin! lol

went in same as, was waiting for a bit of cough, or extra pain, nothing thus far.

for the record, was 100mg prop + 50mg trenA.

rest day today, chest nice and sore! and tris/delts are sweet, so very happy with that. lower back still tight from deads on monday, hamms too but not much, should be sweet for lower twigz tommora.... 8)

no odd shit today, hada short fuse, but that was definitly just cos work was such a total cunta of a day, not the tren. had some wakjob freaky dreams, which is unusual for me, i never remember dreams. interesting...

lower twigs

warmup 1 set legpress *see below*

legpress 4 sets, 20,20,20,20

horizontal hacks 4 sets 20,20,20,20

leg ext 4 sets 20,20,20,20

hammiecurlsz 4 sets 20,20,20,20

calf raises (iso) 4 sets 15-20 reps

the first rep or the warmup set, pain in hip, both sides :evil: usually just the left side niggles. but this was definitly worse, and on both. so did some hip flexor stretches before continuing. all sets were breathers, so had to rest-pause my way to 20reps on every set, cept the calf shit. legs wel,well fucked after this. me and t.p both hobbling! im worried about my hips, i might try get into my awesome physio next week. (haha that sounds dodge :grin: ). also, its true that working out a bodypart youve pinned in does help it, definitly loosend quad up, not that there was any real discomfort. roll on upper twigs, and a tatt sesh, as long as i dont get called into work. which, .... may happen :evil:

legs feel surprisingly ok, but then again usually legs dont start seizing up till 2nd day after....

hips def not right, but i was worried training through it was gonna f*ck them, so am releived to have woken up with hips no worse off than they were. also didnt get called into work, bonus!

lol! i prepped all my usual meals last night in case i got called in, so all todays fooods already sorted. bonus! cept for wen i head out south for more ink this avo..

If there's one thing I'd find awesome, it'd be a break from food shopping and food prep. Man, that'd be an awesome gift/prize for someone in training :nod:
