Just pack ya briefcase full of eats. It's what I'd do... They can't stop you eating. If they comment or anything, tell them you have orthorexia nervosa and are working through it with your shrink :pfft:

2nd jab

did not go as well as the first. tried rh glute, upper outer 1/4 (to avoid the sciatic). did it lying on side, legs bent. no pain, but as soon as i pulled out i got some bleeding, not too much, or for long, but enough to worry me lol. also the pinhole is slightly raised, wheras the first jab wasnt. on advice im told i likely just went in on an angle, hopefully thats all it was... likely was as its pretty hard to get a good angle in that position! (try it :P )..

will see how arsecheek feels in the morning....

m1 1.5cups oats, apple,whey, nuts, yogurt

m2 1.5cups rice, 150g chicke, mayo

m3 1.5cups rice, 185g tuna in oil

m4 1.5cups oats, apple, whey

m5 1.5cups rice, 160g chicken, mayo

train, p/w.out whey, eggwhite, glucose

m6 1 cup rice, 185g tin tuna in oil

m7 1 tin baked beans, glass milk

later 200ml milk, whey shot..

I passed somebody for the first time only recently while running, I nearly stopped to see if they were OK as they were running so slow! :shifty: :pfft:

man it was good sleeping in, apart from the 5am txt :evil: , but in their defence they assumed i was at work, which i normally would be. just been to paknslave, got a weeks worth of carbs and shit, so all stocked up to keep piling on the mass!

i feel good today, hunger ftw, both types of hunger! =P~ :shock:

got bis/tris this avo, i may attempt weighted chins, i wanna lose my weighted chins virginity today, though not too sure how im to add the weight, db between feet or something???

have to shoot out south after train to pick some shit up, but il pack some food so i dont have to eat junk. tommorows trip out south may not be so clean... :shifty:

the best way is with a belt and chain.. you can attach plates to yourself this way... i cant remember if LM akl has one??? so long since i been there..

If they dont have that.. you can probably buy your own, or you can try to hold a db with feet (akward as f*ck)

but if they dont i would just take an old backpack along.. add plates and viola!!! 8)

Weighted chins/dips etc: I use one of these ankle cable attachments looped round a weightlifting belt and through the centre of the plates. Dangles down in front like a big, urm, pouch... I found dumbbells cumbersome but they work just as well provided you've got enough plate over your feet. Using DB's forces you to keep legs straight. It's kinda hard to hook your legs under and keep a DB in place etc.

seated alt. db hammers 3 sets, 8-10 reps to finish.

bar dips 9,7,6

mach. pushdowns 4 sets 10-15 reps

c/g bench 5 sets, arms poked...

great session, dips were a tentative thing, as i dont wanna re-bung my shoulder. so next week will start with c/g bench instead :twisted:

gotta good bi pump too, bonus. all in all, i feel gooooood! :grin:

now gotta eat, jab and head out. will post eats tonight.

jab3 - yesterday

i was in 2 minds where to put it, i had legs today, but the first quad shot was uncomfortable the next day. so i banked on the discomfort being due to pin movement, and did the other quad, higher up. shot went sweetas, im getting better methinks, no discomfort at all. also my 100mg shot may have been 110 :grin:

id rather train in avo, but due to other commitments, worked out that way. was also a bit rushed, but glad with the intensity given how flat i always feel in the am trains. at one point my tp was like ' oh, what have you done to your leg?" , cos i was walking like a tard lol! tiny pb, same top weight on legpress as prev pb, but more reps, though they were hard earnt!

squats 4 sets ramp, reps12-6

legpress 4 sets 8-6 reps PB(restpaused for final reps) red face styles lol

hacks below parralel 4 sets ramp, last set 5 reps

horizontal press to parralel, 4 sets, 20-12 reps ( did 3rd set as a 20rep breather set) . red face styles again...

iso calv raises 4 sets aside

done. obviously just giving everything to the compound moves, next leg day i wanna do a legpress blitz.. roll on shoulder/core, and lotsa eats today. i may even have a burger.. :oops:
