how was the first night with the cpap bro?
a bit awkward 2bh, trying to relax and get to sleep while air is being pumped up your nose isnt as easy as it sounds :lol: . But once asleep, i didnt snore at all (im told) which is major. first 2 weeks are teething, but all systems are go! 8)

So wanted to see where my squat was at today. have started on the cleaner diet too.

diet today - (first 4 meals will be my base)

m1 - 500ml calci trim, p.powder

m2 - 200g lean mince, 40g peanut butter

m3 - 5 eggs, lite mayo

- training -

m4 180g tuna in oil, 1 cup brown rice

m5 dinner - big fuckoff roast chook meal

thats it! really stoked to get a massive squat PB, depth was good and it wasnt a huge grind. Was wrapped as tight as my wraps would for my pb's. but im real out of practice wrapping. i need to get some practice..

For squat i will be back into % based work very soon, so will use 170 as my training 1RM.

didnt record weights today, just did something different to normal and went in with the intention of working muscles insted of movements. summin like this

lat pulldowns

5sets 8-10

c/g cable row

5sets 8-10

straightarm pulldowns

3sets 6-10

facedown incline db rows

3sets, didnt feel them enough

light BB rows

3x10

ezibar curl

4set pyramid

rope bicep curl

4sets 8-10

c/g pulldown

3 sets 8-10

decent volume, under an hour. had this strange feeling, almost like i was a bit pumped :lol:

been getting aesthetic lol. Na, having mask issues with cpap so still having sleep issues. Been running quite restricted carbs. too restricted i think, cos been feeling flat as f*ck. so gonna change to having carbs on training days, but keeping them clean. swapping out my mince for chicken, will be using brown rice for my carbs.

currently training 3 days/week, push/pull/legs.

If the diet change goes well, will go back to 4 days training. currently weighing around 108.5 morning weigh. so dropping chub ok...

bugger about your cpap...but better to get it sorted and then should be plain sailing 8)
