man, last few days my energy levels have been shithouse, despite pumping in plenty of cals.. noty sure what is lgoing on here.. hence todays train was harder than it shoulda been.

m1 - 4 pieces fruit toast, double shake

m2 - 6 eggs, potato (as frittata), 500ml milk

good news - alot of hard rehab work going on - the pvc pipe has definitely been good at trying to loosen up my upper back. its been so tight that when i tried to change my mixed grip on deads - my left side which is usually overhand, i couldnt grip comfortably underhand, cos im so internally rotated its a struggle to grip bar properly!

also ben keeping up the baseball therapy on the delts, I think it is helping

slowly.

bad news - 2 things. first, my shoulder flexibility is still terrible. i literally have to take a wide grip on any squatting, where i used to comfortably grip just outside shoulders.

second - lower back still being a c*nt. doing heapsa stretching and

rolling, but some exes seem to just make it ache in a bad way. deads, arching etc are all good, but pendlays, squats etc seem to blow it up. really starting to piss me off....

also going to chch next week on house cleanup duty, so will be doing my 3rd train of the week at esbb. will shuffle trains around so it will just be bench and assist, as i wont be taking a full gear bag with me....

feel like stir-fried shit today, had pitiful amount of sleep. normally i wouldve rested and done it tommmorow, but i cant this week cos im off to chch from thursday. got what needed to be done done, but was HARD due to my zombie-like state.'

did some violating last night, and some baseballing on delts and a little lats. today was rough, goodmornings were strict and i was using the gorilla status bar grip (hands on collars) to save my shoulders. felt loose LOL but saved my shoulders from pain.

though i noticed i am definitely looking bigger, and not only the guts :grin:
