all in all suprised to get so close to my conv max first session.

8).... so which do you prefer. Have you done the measurements to see if your body type is more suited to sumo or conv?

yup. measurements say i am 100% suited to sumo :wink:

so im commiting to give it enough of a chance to see. though im most comfortable doing MUMO so far... :lol:

also, i am getting physio on my chest. Looking at being able to do more pressing exes WITHOUT sternum pain. I have a heap of tatts, and i can handle pain - but this shit has been painful. I have full on bruising on my left tit (only done one side so far), but already can stretch the left tit more, and my chest has slightly changed shape on that side. looks promising...

attended the CPAs today at ESBB. Was supposed to be handling a young fella, but got asked to spot/load, so i spot/loaded for the squats. Was kinda cool.

the young guy i have been 'supervising' did awesome. training for about 2 months, got S120 B80 D165 at a b.w of 65kgs - sub junior. no suits. He is now hooked completely, and looking at getting into plifting fully. IMO with time under the bar, hes gonna do real fucken well..

The comp was fairly smooth, judging was pretty fair, although a few exeptions - one guy competed in a padded tapered BBer belt etc, but overall i saw alot less 'basics' errors today than what is normally seen up at AK.

lol, just vid of my bro's bench and dead bro. everytime i go to a comp it makes me wanna compete. distinct absence of raw lifting though... very few.

Good to hear your fella is doing well bro! Once he gets his BW up and puts on some size I'm sure he'll lift some big numbers! More regular trips to the House of ESBB will do him good, he's at an age where he'll need lots of good advice and with that he'll make even greater gains! Bloody good to see you helping him out too, I bet it means a lot to him.

good train today. i save my once weekly jacked serve for ME day. Very happy with MAX grip PB - this is indexes on rings. i hope to get better at max grip to the point where its my strongest position. Vidded last 2 ME sets. on the 105 setup, my hammy cramped up bad, so lost alot of tightness. 110 was a grind but got it unassisted. Will try for 112.5 or 115 next week. 8)

Nice work bro :nod: Whatever you can triple on a 2 board you should be able to hit off the chest for a single.

Do you have comp bars at your gym? just make sure the rings are 81 apart otherwise you may be slightly narrower or wider than max grip.
