deaload today, so f*ck all. just did some lunges/single leg presses/guns

eats im keeping the same, but without the post train shake. where possible i try to get it all in earlyer than 8, so sometimes my eating window is only 6 or 7 hours instead of 8.

today

1200 250g chicken,20g satay,20g PB, 1/2 a kumara, 2 bananas

300 same as above, exept an apple not 2 bananas

400 half litre milk

500 180g tuna in water, cup of mix vege, 1 tbsp mayo

600 6 size 7 eggs, whole, mashed with mayo.

god damn, them lunges yesterday fucked me up good, such mean doms that it hurch to clench my glutes :lol:

anyways, update

well im really enjoying IF, so much so that im going to keep it up for a decent while. im not 'cutting', more aiming for a recomp. As far as diet goes, ima keep doing what im doing. a base of 200g protein, around 80g fat, cycling carbs. plus a whey and dex shake on training days.

another aspect of IF that ive stumbled upon is that IF enhances stimulants. Id forgotten about that part of it, and i popped a turbo last week. i got a MUCH bigger kick off it than normal, almost like taking 2 normally. so, ima get me some cytolean/mitotropin/novedex, and do 8 weeks of carbcycling with IF, and see what happens. ordering the supps from usa, so not a sure thing to get them.

i may even calliper/photo the 8 week period.

Woohoo, another convert :lol: I too took on IF as a sort of experiment, intending to do it for a while, then go back to "normal" eating. But I have no intention of giving it up, it's just so convenient.

Re the supps, I haven't heard of that part, but then, I haven't tried using any either (unless you include black coffee :pfft: ). I've noticed a few people on here mentioning turbos, do they really work?

Its mandotory to Pull a personal best deadlift for yr 1st visit, and as SFS stated...tripple beef burgers, HURAH!

Lol its either guna be real hard or real easy to do a PB deadlift seeing I dont deadlift. I just can't work it out... :-s

just finished an epic last meal. heres todays eats.

1200 250g chicken,20g PB,20g satay,2 bananas

330 same as above, exept 1 apple instead of banana

500 180g tuna with mayo, 500ml milk

630 6 size 7 eggs mashed with mayo, 3 chicken fillet things...

pretty epic eats there tats, get my txt Brudda?
