IF can be either, depending on setup.

i agree regular mince is poos.

i buy 'weight watchers' mince at aussie butcher. its just really lean mince, for the same or lower price than supermarket premium. try it!

strength has been down across the board this week, i hope its just an adjustment thing for IF. ive been eating clean, but BIG, i think, aiming for 200g protein, plenty of good fats (tuna/PB) and a crapload of carbs, i shouldnt be getting weaker. il give it another week and assess.

*i missed 85 twice up at coast last time, 7 weeks ago. so pleased to get it, it wasnt a grinder either, bar never stopped. i think it was more todo with succeeding in keeping tight today, as i feel like poo.

Hey bro, haven't visited your journal for a while, just caught up. Good to see someone else giving IF a crack. I too was surprised at how easy the adjustment was in terms of not feeling hungry. How long are you planning to stick with it?

I see a couple pages ago you mentioned back-loading, did you actually have a go at that? I stumbled onto Keifer's site the other day and have been reading up on back-loading seems like it might be a good step when I come off IF (kinda the opposite of what you were talking about). I'd be interested in hearing your experiencces with it.

hey bro! gonna stick with it for at least 6-8 weeks, if it works well il look at just keeping on it. liking it so far though, just trying to see where my macros should be -roughly :lol:

i did backloading for a week, just as a 'bridge' between normal 3 hourly feeds and IF. id originally planned longer, but i will say the backloading thing was easy. something id def. look at again.

Oh sorry to hear you're not well matey. Hope you get betterer real soon. Or maybe soon enough to come fishn on Thursday but still sick enough to stay off work :wink: We have cake/steak and all the goodies :nod:

wish i could! already taken 2 sick days this week, and one of the boys has already called in sick 2morrow. but i may shoot up to coast on friday, scedule allowing - i need some whey :wink:

today was basically a skills assess.

bad news first. bodys a bit fucked, i always know when my stress levels are topped out, cos i get ulcers. dealing with all these cunts with insurance, work etc has taken its toll. so not in great shape atm. finally managed to get my new car, those on my FB can see the pics of my new ride 8)

mate maybe try adding in some speed deficit work off a 2 inch board or a 20 kg plate might help lockouts in long run. 8)

thanks mate. doing it while on limited cals (IF) is a bonus too, i wasnt carbed up or anything. i think the belt helps a little, but i just didnt have a 2nd one in me, that was an absolute max for me. belts ftw though. maybe there is some residual wookie power in it :lol:

agreed re the naming of car nice tints no peeking into those windows when you parked up at the beach with uh :shifty: lol
