today is rest day, have back and hammie doms from monday, suprising given such low volume. more importantly, chest is dommed out from yesterday, and shoulder is no worse. its likely been at least 8-10 months since i last did a full bbell session, so very 8) or in other words  and also  .

weight i lost last week while feeling crap is back, with interest. last 2 days both weighed over 87, so things back on track weightwise. hips giving me less grief too, a good sign! comparable to :D or :o .

upper back

train felt good.. roll on docs app. tomorrow, (finally!) to get a referral to cheapen up my physio. todays train was solo for first half, due to 'comms errror' with tp. but algud.

warmup - pullups 5,5,4.5 (heavier=harder! )

underhand bbell rows 6 sets 6-10 reps (i love these)

db rows 4 sets 10-12reps

w/g seated row 4 sets 8-10reps, last set restpaused

thats all, looking foward to tommorows train, have a few different exes planned for bis, should really f*ck them up. and me

wait.... wut ? so y rnt u posting weights ?

usually theyre not worth posting, its all relative. sets/reps shows the train more effectivly.

il post them when theyre big boy weights. same reason i dont deadlift on the platform bro!

Hows the sides brah?

nipps are sweet again, i will never touch bromo again, but i got me some caber, so ive popped that. have been fiddling with dosage, sides shouldnt be an issue now..

preacher bench db hammers

4 sets 12.5,15,15,17.5kg reps 20-12

iso-preacher cable curls

4 sets 6-10reps

dips

4 sets bw6-10 reps

tri puchdowns 4 sets

done. have work sat and sunday, which sux, but it is good for keeping eating routines in place, and water consumption up. doctor today put in my acc application! suspects tendonitis is the issue..

Military Chins, what ware they? Wide-ish over hand grip? I thought all chins were done like this, at least it's how I've always done them.

ppl bitch and moan and plead their case when it commes to chins and pullups, but for reference, this is how i see it.

pullups - palms away from you, wideish grip

chinups - palms toward, shoulder widthgrip

military chins - palms facing eachother, shoulderwidth or narrower grip.

note - you can improvise militarys with a row attachment slung over a bar..

Good classification but unfortunately there's no 'world standard' terminology for them - i.e in the military an exercise which involves hanging from a bar by your hands (palms facing away) and raising your body weight with your arms is always called a chin or chin up....... At least they were. And you're right ppl do bitch and moan and unless your palms are facing away you're on easy street ;)

Has your doc suggested Cortisone inj...this can give some relief, depending on the site of the tendonitis??

yep, she said if physio doesnt work a steroid injection can help - cortisone. lol! i just gave her the 'cat face' and said some shit like "oh steroids?? sounds serious, thatd be a last resort!" :pfft: :pfft: im an egg.....

todays train was raisins/gut (delts/core)

simple but brutal delt train. im really enjoying being able to train delts properly, as my shoulder seems to be holding up well.

warmup - 20mins light cardio waiting for t.p

smith btn press 8 sets, first 4 20 rep warmup sets, top set 50kx4+2sp

superset alt db frnt raise/alt db side raise(4 supersets,8 total)

planks 3 x1min

woodchoppers 3 sets aside 15-20 reps

situps 2 sets to finish....

am gonna change split again very soon, to add in cardio, and make it so im not working tris the day before delts..

yea, im hoping a bit more rest and some phsysio will sort it. steroids are a prescription medicine, and as such are dispensed only with a doctors approval, where necessary.
