rest day today, weigh in in a few hours.. woot!

nipples are definitley 'sensitive', so ive just taken a 1/2 pill of bromo, and a 1/4 tab of femera. will do the same till friday, maybe longer.

shoulder and core doms from yesterday, man i swear by woodchoppers! theyre totally the shit, when done properly!

oh yea, i fucken hate daylight savings. it always knocks the shit outa me for a week or so. f*ck daylight savings!!

sensitive nipples eh? My husband got his pierced years ago and it made them more sensitive he used to have great joy in standing in front of the open freezer he said it was the best! Maybe try that for fun?! :grin: silver lining and all that!

my legs are still not right, im hoping for a miracle, but im thinking that i will end up not training legs this week at least. having said that, hammies got a bit of a nudge today..

flatgrip row 4 sets 10-15 reps

kept rep-range high for upper back, worked well, really felt upper back contracting..

roll on chest tommorow, im thinking of having a crack at the 37.5's, for another pb.. :grin:

man, yesterday while doing widegrip tbars, i felt a twinge in my rear delt area. didnt think it was worth worrying about, so trained through. but today my shoulder been giving me arseholes all day, i knew it was gonna effect todays chest train. i have been planning for a week to try the 37.5's, but after doing slightly less reps than last week with the 35's, thought it wiser to leave it. workout felt crap, strength just wasnt there for some reason???? im not sure whether the anti gyno stuff ive taken in the last few days may be something to do with it, its possible, even though its low dose. hope its not!

chest

4 sets db press

4 sets hammer incline press

4 sets pec dec

4 sets cable x

rest tommorow... hopefully feeling a bit better. its like my body just doesnt wanna come to the party....

f*ck i know what ya mean..I had a shocker yesterday...was slutted!! Set me in a right headfuk for the rest of the day :evil: but the plus side is...ya know ya had a bad session and there aint nothing worse and you wont let it happen again anytime soon....so you go in there and ya nail it the next time :twisted: :nod: ....worked for me 8)

How much letro were you running? ive had 2 days at 1/4tab ED, u think i should just have the bromo first?

um..

i havent logged for a few days, have had issues re - cycle. i wont go into detail, only as far to say that bromocriptine is horrible shit. some ppl get sides from it, some dont. i do. mentally fucked me for near a week, still trained, though had no motivation (anyone who knows me knows that aint right). severe aggro etc... anyways, appetite is back now, and im feeling better, almost back at 100% i reckon. low volume train today, just some erectors/hammies shit to test the waters with me. pushed hard anyways. had a great delt train saturday, did btn press on the smith, first time ever, and it was great, could go to fail training solo. and bonus was that i could do it at all, last 6 months my shoulder has been fucked, all the physio seems to be having some benefit. shoulder is a little niggly, hopefullly be sweet as for tommorow, chest day!!

anyways, todays shit, got an extra 2 reps out on last week on last set of deads, though admittedly the last rep was a little messy..

from memory.

deads 50x10,80x10,110x6,130x4,130x5

weighted back ext 5 sets 8-10reps+restpauses

hammycurls 5 sets 12-20 reps..

that was all, other thing to note is dosages over the last week have been low, looking to rectify that this week.

today trained chest, and im def on mend. since my bung shoulder ben holding up well, did a bbell sesh tonught, first since i can remember. i cant bench for crap, but i got through it all without shoulder pain, which is awesome. plus the incline is non-adjustable, and 45degrees. im far more comftable at about 30degrees, 45 feels like too much shouldr. pb on the cable crosses too. wont list warmup stuff

bbell bench 4 sets 5-8 reps

inc bbell bench 4 sets 6-12 reps

cable crosses 4 sets 6-10reps

pecdec 4 sets 10-15reps

was 2 warmup sets plus shoulder dislocations. roll on rest!!!
