had an ok sleep last night, but was still yawning through the day, including on the drive to the gym. so was elated with todays chest train, pbs out the wazoo!! :lol: i was doubting whether or not to try the 35's, glad i did!

warmups 3 sets db bench

db bench 4 sets, 35x7,x8,x7,30x10 ( spotted, but f*ck all) PB :twisted:

hammer,widegrip chest, 4 set ramp last set 100k x 10 reps PB :twisted:

pec fly 4 sets ramp 20-10 reps

cable xova, 4 sets, useless - chest was just fucked!!

good back doms from yesterday, esp. lower back \:D/

rest day tommorow \:D/

4th tren shot tonight \:D/

so in other words \:D/

cheers boys! yea, must be kicking in - to be tired and still make progression, has to be! no more fucked dreams, thank god!

just done shot before, mustve had a little tren on the outside, as it had a sting to it on penetration, hasnt before. no cough though, so all good :lol:

eats so far:

m1 1.5cups oats, 30g whey, banana, pot yogurt

m2 1.5cups rice, 160g mince, mayo

m3 1.5cups rice, 185g tuna in oil

m4 1.5cups rice, 160g mince, mayo

m5 2 slices toast, 5 jumbo eggs in mayo (less 2 yolks)

train, then whey, eggwhite, glucose shake

m6 1 cup rice, 185g tuna in oil

m7 100g mince, 1 tin baked beans, glass milk

later whey in milk..

Hey there SFS...did ya get ya cell mass? BSN? I've been taking it for a few weeks now. Fruit punch flavour... :puke: Have noticed if I take it in the afternoon and don't drink enough water I wake up the next day with a phantom hangover :?

In my experience your body should eventually adjust to the creatine, once the muscles are saturated the dehydration side effects should be close to nill. If I have had a couple of months off it then take some and dont drink a truck load of water I find that I get a severe "hang-over" within an hour (Dizzy/head ache/tunnel vision, very scarey the first time this happend before I realised what was causing it, got it heaps worse with the ethyl ester than mono)

stil waiting for it to turn up, strange as shotgun are usually quick as. and yep creatine=drinks more water, cardinal sin not to! i plan on adding the cellmass to my protein/glucose shake postworkout...

yep, dehydrating yourself would be a right c*nt! the dangers of creatine eh! ive never tried the EE creatines, interesting...

likely not man, ive got big, easily recognised tatts, and now im enhanced im a little paranoid that someone whos seen me/knows me etc might see..

plus im not picworthy anyways, ppl would probably think they were 'before' pics from an infomercial :grin:

today=rest day..

my tits are so fucken sore its awesome, they feel like i got pbs! :lol:

hips are still poked, even doing the squat stretch hurts a bit, so im unsure how attempting legs tommorow will go.. il try! booked in with physio saturday, so that will hopefully help, or at least let me know what the problem is!

was gonna post eats, but theyre identical, to the letter, as yesterday... lol
