my backpiece, yea its a work in progress.. i think im around the 20hour mark so far, its a fair size piece..

did 2nd tren shot today, again no dramas, so looking foward to shoulders tommorow. glad i havent yet had the dreaded tren cough *touch wood*

todays train was kinda disapointing - was expecting some extra strength, even though i hate shoulders... maybe i should bump the tren to 75mg EOD. il do tommorows shot at 50, and bump the next one. i havent had any sides as yet, positive or negative.. that i can tell, apart from some freaky dreams.

also bodyweight seems to be stabilising at mid-84's.. not sure whether to maintain calories, and 'swap' some fat for lbm, or up the cals. this is a bulk, so i should up cals. also, im gonna do some creatine, its been at least 6 months since i had some (gaspari sizeon) . i am big on gaspari supps, but thought id better try something different. i went with cellmass, as a few nzbber's have used it with good results. i bought shorguns special on 2 smaller tubs. will be interesting...

todays train - delts/traps/core

warmups - 2 sets rotator exes, 2 sets db press

seated db press 4 sets 8-10 reps (shoulder giving me grief)

incline f/down rear delt raise 4 sets 20-12 reps (no momentum here!)

machine side raise 4 sets 8-10 reps

bbell shrugs 4 sets 10-15 reps

machine crunches 4 sets

hanging knee raises 3 sets

oblique hyper crunches 2 sets aside

bridges 2 x 1minute

woodchoppers 4 sets aside

hip stretches.

other crap

was just fucking around, did some back squats with no weight (bar,then 30k) with 10k plates under my heels. first time ive ever tried it. hams touching calves, stopping for a full second at the bottom. funny, the whole atg thing feels totally different, but was uncomfortable trying to do it with wide footing. i was just seing if my bung hips would hurt, but they didnt..

diet change

heres my current meal plan, im swapping the 2nd oats+whey meal for an egg and kumara meal... see below..

m1 1.5cup oats, banana,whey, pot yogurt

m2 1.5cups rice, 160g chicken, mayo

m3 1.5cups rice, 185g tuna in oil

m4 5 jumbo eggs (less 2 yolks), kumara - added

instead of 1.5cups oats, whey, banana - deleted

m5 1.5 cups oats, 160g chicken, mayo

train, post w/out whey, eggwhite, glucose

m6 1 cup rice, 185g tin tuna in oil

m7 tin of baked beans, glass milk

m8 whey in milk, before bed

will see how this goes...

rest day today, and good thing too. im barely functioning today. i got at most 2 hours sleep last night, even though i was in bed at 830. im hoping its a one-off, and not the tren thats doing it! i just couldnt sleep, no matter what!

i havent had any night sweats or anything like that, so it might be just me, ive had sleeping issues before, but im wary of it... wil post up todays weigh-in later....

week 2 - update

weighed in at 84.2, so weight has definitly stabilised here. this is now new ground for me, going over 85 will be new ground for me. being on tren will make it slightly harder, in terms of cals, as it will be maitaining a good ramped up metabolism.

il put some thought into it over the next few days, but i feel that it should be mainly protein, and fat that the bonus cals come from. and i will allow myself a little crap food. starting tonight :grin: roll on back!

also yesterdays core sesh has munted my core. just tensing today hurts, right up to my serratus area. good stuff!

Im hearing ya on that no sleep bullshit...dude.. my body clock gets all fucked up with real early starts for work and long hours on the water only to caome back and try to have a life...a life centred around training and eating :nod: Pre pack'n food is fine but the body clock takes some time to adjust.

No sleep sux balls :evil:

be watching with interest as ya gains come on 8)

cheers all, last nights sleep was a bit better, but was still yawning today.. i knew i wasnt 100%, but i gave 110% anyways.

i must give props to the weighted chins, the top of the movement gave me doms in the upper centre of my back, a hard place to target imo. so wrapped with progress on these...

eating, yes will be increasing cals... had a dirrrrrrtty meal last night - wendys :grin: . double beef burger, chicken burger, frosty... lotsa cals, and that must count as veges ay :^o

was tempted to try a pb for 1rm on deads, but 1rm's dont build muscle. so stuck with the same w.w as last week, but got lots more reps. last week i did 120 x 5, single set, this week did 3 sets @120, reps 6,7,5 as last 3 sets, so technically a pb but yea... lower back feeling it! i was getting lightheaded between these sets...

back

warmup - 2 sets deads

deads - 4 sets, 110,120,120,120

weighted back ext (hyper bench) 5 sets 8-12 reps

seated rows 4 sets 8-10 reps pb i think here..

db rows 4 sets, havent done for ages, form great, really hit lats..

lat pulls 4 sets 8-12 reps, again, havent done 4 ages!

overall good, more sets than last week, only cunty bit is keeping strict form on the db rows when your lower back is spent!

roll on chest, waiting for my cellmass, should be here by the time i come home tommora. will attempt a goodnight sleep tonight, in preparation to attempt the 35's :twisted:

my lower back/core in general is pissweak, so im resolving to put more focus there on back day than upper back. which sucks cos i really really wanna smash upper, but i know i need to strengthen up my lower. so yep, deads first every back day, whole cycle......

yea, i fucken hate being constantly tired.. fucken work...

Nice 8) Inverted rows did that for me too I found. I'd been doing all sorts of other BB/DB/cable/machine rows for ages but first time I tried inverted rows, wham! New doms :pfft:

had an ok sleep last night, but was still yawning through the day, including on the drive to the gym. so was elated with todays chest train, pbs out the wazoo!! :lol: i was doubting whether or not to try the 35's, glad i did!

warmups 3 sets db bench

db bench 4 sets, 35x7,x8,x7,30x10 ( spotted, but f*ck all) PB :twisted:

hammer,widegrip chest, 4 set ramp last set 100k x 10 reps PB :twisted:

pec fly 4 sets ramp 20-10 reps

cable xova, 4 sets, useless - chest was just fucked!!

good back doms from yesterday, esp. lower back \:D/
