warning - this post is a rant, please disregard..

man im so fucken aggro today! it wasnt bad enough getting a flattie on the motorway yesterday avo, oh no. i had to get called into work this morning, when i had no clean clothes, no food prepped, and had a 'biscuit' to drive on. and no training stuff sorted, just had to barrel outy the door asap. so no train today, am trying to rescedule physio later tommorow, cos i have to work tommorow too! and thats my 2 days off gone, so no weekend for me :evil: plus today after fucken work i went to a tyre shop, and then another tyre shop, turns out my wheels are uncommon size, and the only ones i could get now were directional - which means they have to match - which meant $400 out the door! fucken fuckers.

The small good news is that the working 7days will help pay off the tyres, and buy me some more food/supps. still cunted that i missed training though!

am thinking about dropping back to 4 days a week, will give it some more thought in a non-aggro mindset before deciding though..

well had my massage/analysis today, went ok. shes pretty certain that the issue im having mith my shoulder isnt rotator, which is good. but still not too sure, she says its most likely a secondary issue, possibly from 'rhomboids' or something. but am gonna take her recc to get a subsidised acc look at it. As for hip issue, should clear with some special stretches ive got, and a little massaging of the problem spot. just got back from shoulder train, strength was ok, but of course my shoulder is sore..

delts/traps/core

warmups - 1 set rotator cuff, 2 sets seated db press

seated db press - 5 sets 6-8reps

upright raise 4 sets 6-8reps supersetted with

4 sets db shrugs, to fail

seated machine side raise 4 sets 6-8 reps

bridges 2x1min, 2x30sec with one leg elevated

oblique hypers 2 sets aside

thats all for core, lower back feeling poo. roll on rest day, and weigh day!

new diet

as of tommorow, tweaked to be slightly higher cals, and a more even spread of carbs.

m1 1.5cups oats, banana,tub yogurt,whey, scatter of nuts

m2 1.5cups brown rice, 160g meat

m3 1.5cups brown rice, 185g tuna in oil

m4 1.5cups oats, banana, scoop of whey

m5 1.5cups brown rice, 160g meat

train. postworkout 40g glucose+doubleshot whey

m6 1 cup brown rice, 185g tuna in oil

m7 dinner meat at least 150g, + carb (kumera/rice

beforebed, 200ml milk+ whey

cals? f*ck knows. will try this for a few weeks, and see how bodyweight reacts..

rest day today, will eat soon and weigh up \:D/

after my physio, my lower back and shoulder were sore as last night, and on waking up my back felt 'weakened'. but a strange weakened. and as the morning went on, it got better and now it feels good, so f*ck knows. shoulder could be either way, some stuff at work that normally gives it grief didnt, but it still not right. time will tell. just trying to fathom up what my new split will be, will post up later with weight and eats. 8)

today was back

new split, mondays is now back day, and also it was the first train with the change of priority, and i plan on keeping it like this at least a few months. meaning that il now be putting more emphasis on lower back than before, in place of thrashing my lats like i have done thus far. giiven im tired as f*ck, train felt good. insane lower back pump, im looking foward to feeling new doms tommora! :pray:

w/g pullups 5,5,5,5,4.8,3.5 lol

c/g cable rows 4 sets 8-10 reps (perfect form, was stoked with these!)

rack pulls 5 sets 8-15 reps (grip poos, chalk was empty)

back ext. (on hyper) - 5 sets 10-12 reps, with a weight.

dats it! roll on chest tris.

well, my physio lady is officially a fucken legend. not only is my lower back feeling 100% for the first time in months, but today my shoulder gave me no trouble at all. at all! what a fucken trip! at one point during her massaging my upper back (got growled for leaving it so long lol), she was doing something around my shoulder blade, and my whole shoulder/upper arm on that side (the dodgy side) went numb. so much so it freaked me out. well, whatever happened, its fucken bomb! shoulder felt sweet as, so for the first time in many,many moon i attempted dips again, which ive ben unable to do re-shoulder. was able to do 6 good b.w dips, with a fried chest, with NO discomfort. Major, major breakthrough. good train too, still shattered from having no days off, so bought a $7 'energy bullet' and peeled that before i went in. seemed to help..

t.p is still sick, so trained solo - but still got worksets at the same weight that i did spotted last week, with a few extra reps. im eyeing up the 32.5's for next week :twisted:

warmup - flat db 'stretchouts'

warmup - 3 sets db press, moving up the db's

flat db press 6 sets 6-8 reps, first 3 with 30's, last 3 with 25's (burnout)

decline db press 3 sets 6-8 reps

cable crosses 4 sets 6-8 reps

did dips here... 1 set, chest foward..

tricep pushdowns 8 sets, done as 4 supersets, with static holds...

roll on rest day, chest feels spent, tris ache..

man, some serious eye candy there today, fucken drool-on-the-dumbells grade shit :pfft: :pfft: :shifty:

well, its come unclean time. After alot of research, alot of 'consulting', and a fair amount of $$, im ready to do my first cycle. People are gonna flame me for doing the cycle that im doing, but ive made an informed descision, and if people want to hate, f*ck them - dont read my journal. i considered doing a cycle log, but i dont want to seperate it from my journal, so i will continue posting here as normal.

training

4 days a week, down from 5 days to give me more rest/growth time. no brainer really, lots of compound shit, and a slightly diff approach to the way my trains are structured. im going to change my priority area from lats to lower back, as my lower back is utter mud, and my lats have grown with the extra attention theyve had. will be doing fuckall calve work in place of more compound leg moves. thats enough detail for now..

eats

my current diet contains protein overload, so will actually suit me on cycle. im going to continue to keep it clean, if it aint broke dont fix it. if my weight skyrockets il adjust!

support

as extra supps, im gonna be taking saw palmetto as prostate support (good for any cycle, though not cheap). and something ive never taken, glucosamine for joint support.

supps :grin:

the base of my cycle is test prop . not a common choice, as it needs to be pinned EOD, as opposed to once or twice a week for long esters. I chose prop for its fast effects, and that i can raise or drop my blood levels very quickly, prop is gone in 48 hours - so if i go overboard, i can back it off in one dose, and if i want to experiment with higher blood levels i can do it quickly, and have it drop off quick if estro sides flair up. Im also going to be running a small amount of trenA , this is what i think people will flame. i will start the tren 2 weeks in, at a very low dose of 50mg EOD, to go with the 100mg EOD of prop. i plan on slowly increasing tren dose if things go well, but not alot, or for long. wanna do 12 weeks total.

PCT

i will have, on hand a good AI (femera tabs), and of course nolva for use in pct. As anti prolactin, i tried to source dostinex which i likely wont even need, but if i do get prolactin based symptoms (inflamed nipps etc) that nolva wont be any use for, the dost will kill it. Supposedly AI's can help with thiis indirectly, but killing all your estrogen on cycle is avoidable using dostinex, so i planned to have it just in case. but dost is oos, so am getting bromocriptine instead. more sides than dost, but will do the same job, and better than nothing!!

start next week, if all goes to plan, am hoping for a decent amount of lbm gain, and a reduction in bodyfat would be cool.maybe a few pb's lol.. but who knows?

please, ive done a fuckload of research - i am well aware of, and do support, the advice that first cycles should be test only with long esters. but im prepared to take a risk. Ive no wish to set an example, in being successfull or not.

constructive comments welcome, but please no preaching. im aware of the risks im taking. i hope some of you enjoy the read!

also im not sure if i would worry about the glucosamine, your joints should be well lubed from the water retention, i have a bottle on hand in case i feel sore but only have needed it when i ran some winstrol so yea upto you but i dont see the point.... plus you cant lift that heavy yet anyway :P :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Wow cool! It would be great if you could be pretty specific about the doses your using and how much faster your gaining weight, increasing strength, sides your experiencing etc. Will definitely check your journal more often :nod:

today was twigs (legs)

i went to war gymrat style on them twigs today. Ireally liike pyramid training, and im gonna do it more often for sure. had my first decent crack at hacks today, the first 3 sets were warmup sets, the rest were 'grunters' lol. with pyramid, you hit all diff rep ranges within the workout, and man my legs were poked!

also, that drool-on-the db's was there again, doing inverted rows next to me while hacking. so i struck up a conversation with her fine ass, her accent (hot) was brazillian.... =P~ =P~ then she showed me her tatts =P~ =P~ =P~ oh man, thats gotta get the test flowing! :pfft: but then i saw her doing 1/4 range hacks later on, was kinda a downer... :?

oh yea, the workout.. lol not sure how to record weight? wont count machine weight. also did some stretching in between, as my hip still complains at the bottom of the motion. the reps obviously varied, but the 3 top sets reps were 7,6,6, with the 6th rep on the 3rd set i failed halfway up, had to shift weight foward to get it up.. :oops: :shifty:

hacks 0,10,20,30,40,50,50,50,40,30,20,10 (12 sets total)

legpress 4 sets 2pps, all 20reps (last few sets took a while lol)

lying hammy curls 3 sets, reps 20,12,12

leg ext 3 sets 8-10 reps, with holds..

roll on bis/shoulders tommorow, plus some more ink on ma back \:D/
