w/g pullups b.w x 6,5,5 i think

t bar rows 6 sets, 3 at w/g, 3 at neutral. 8-10 reps

cable row, c/g 4 sets 8-10 reps, with rest pauses.

machine row, 4 sets 12+ reps

lat pulldown, free grip one - 3 sets 6-10 reps

thats all i could handle, gutted. im gonna go have a sleep - tommorows my only day off work, will hope for a better w/out - roll on shoulders/bis...

Hey SFS. No deadlifts in the workout? Is it because you had a headache and tired and stuff? or do you just always mix it up or change it every week? Just wondering thats all..

But good on you for going to gym with a :clubbed: headache. :pfft:

just cos of the headache thing - i knew i wouldnt be able to do them justice at all. though tbh im thinkin of changing things up..

oooo Transformers movie!! So you reccommend it? I have been thinking about going to see it too! It wasn't the movie that gave you the headache? Drink lots of water, it helps headaches :D

yep, the movie is WELL worth watching Vee!

na it dawned on me that it may have summin to do with a twinge ive had in the side of my neck for the last few days. hopefully some paramax/deepheat will sort it! :clap:

today was a bit better, had a decent sleep and woke up without the headache, although the headache came back intra-workout :evil:

im gonna bite the bullet and book in with a physio, my left shoulder prob is not getting better. twice in this workout i had to stop and 'reset' after lifting dbs, cos my left shoulder 'tweaked'. other than that, a good workout..

shoulders/bis

db shoulder press, 2 warmup, 4 work sets, spotted.

hammer strength mil. press, 3 sets

db shrugs 3 sets

cable rear delt raise 3 sets

db conc curl 3 sets

preachers 3 sets

mach curl 2 sets

thats it, went and cleaned out roskill mad butcher of his chicken, bout some steak as a treat, red meat once every few weeks is algud...

just cos im tryna lose the tyre, when bulking i have beef/minca all the time, but im keeping to chicken/fish atm.

today was cardio, forearms ok from wrist curls yesterday. before i did cardio did a few w/g pullups, just cos i suck at them. low carb day too, reload day tommorow.. - legs. cardio was just 40 mins tready @ 7.5k...

also have another session booked for my back tatt, gna cost me a tub of superpump and a plasmajet, for what should be another few hours at least.. woot! \:D/

today was high carb day, and legs - best leg sesh in ages.

startup with a few warmup sets of squats, then 3 work sets, then went for a 10kg pb and got it for 2 reps! but il only claim 1RM, as the second rep was messy as..

next was leg press, another massive pb, did 2 plates more than ive ever done, good depth for 8 clean reps, awesome!!

then did 3 sets leg extensions, 4 sets seated calf raises, and 3 sets lying hammy curls. walking like a fucked duck now, will pay tommorow methinks!

roll on chest/tris.

cant beleive the playground, LMFAO!!!!!!

10kg squats huh?

Is that holding a 5kg dumbbell up in each arm and squatting or ....

oh good so you're almost up to 100kg, seem to remember the number 80 from somewhere?

Got Legs tonight too, thinking about doing 10 sets of 10 reps of squats at bodyweight to start with :-) an idea shared from a previous Mr NZ

today i have a familiar feeling - the day after a good leg session, i know tommorow theyre gonna be fucked. i love it..

today was chest/tris, did quite a few warmup reps due to my dodgy rotator cuff, then 3 low rep spotted sets, straight into 3 spotted decline db sets, in the 12-14 rep range. then pec dec 3 sets 10+ reps, will swap these for cable x-overs next week tho. then triceps, 7-8 sets on diff machines, thats all folks!

roll on core/cardio, and low carb day...
