todays eats..

m1 cup oats, 1.5 serve p.p, banana, tbsp flaxseed

m2 4 eggs mashed,mayo on 3 slices brown bread.

m3 180g tuna,1.5 cups rice,mayo

m4 2 cups oats, 1.5 serve p.p

m5 1.5 cups rice, 200g chicken, mayo

workout, post.w/out 40g dex, double shot protein

m6 1.5 cups rice, 200g chicken, mayo

m7 2 slices p/butter toast, glass of milk..

last 3 weighs have all been between 85-86.4k, so can claim new weight of 85k, which is the weight i wanted to bulk to. im gonna have to seriously do my homework on the weekend, and start planning how im gonna structure my diet for the switch. im kinda glad i will be switching soon, as i have a LONG road ahead. not sure what my goal weight will be, as i started 5 months ago at 72kgs with no abs, i would hope (maybe) if i do the cut right, i could maybe have some abdominal def at 75ks?.. :pray: Will be also changing back from 5 days to 4 days, as will be doing cardio outside of gym. i think doing some cardio will be the hardest part. will be doing abs at home twice a week. will post up diet mock-up when its done so all you cutting experts can critique. *looks at tfb*

why not just keep bulking since its going good already ? then just do a cut before summer comes round, that way youll be bigger and stronger.

valid point.

But would he benefit from taking a short break (maybe 2 weeks), so that when he starts again his muscles are hungry and he can get greater benifits?

Or, would he be better off starting on the cut now, and waiting to he gets his test. issues sorted, then have another bulking cycle?

i do not see the point in him cutting until he gets his strength up to a decent level otherwise hes just going to be back to a skinny small dude if he cuts up.... bulk as much as you can then cut for 3 months before summer, you wont be ripped, but you will have low enough bf% to see abs and muscle definition which will impress more than a tiny cut as dude will.

i guess its relative - id love to keep bulking, but my bf% is gwtting outa control. bear in mind, when i say 'cutting' i refer to being calorie deficient, but im not trying to shred up for a show. think il be lucky if i could get to low bf% in 4 months. If it does go better than expected, il just start bulking again. Also bear in mind that depending on the docs verdict, my next bulk may not be natty..

shit sleep last night, ben yawning all day. still managed to down all my eats, and stregth up again on deads, so overall happy with workout.

warmups - hamm stretches,

deads 60x10,80x10,x8

110x6,x5,x5,x5. 130x1 (reckon i cuda got 135)

v-bar pullups b.wx10,x6,x5

w/grip cable row 4 sets 6-8 reps

w/g latt pdowns 3 sets 8-10reps

db rows 3 sets 10reps, floor to chest.

done, rest day tommora, then do shoulders/bis on saturday. rebooked my tatt for tommorow morn, but probly get cancelled again like last week :evil: have a full measure up booked on saturday aswell, so will have bf% and all the othjer shit. then im having a weeks break from training, have allot to sort out - new diet, endocrinologist, some other shit..

interesting morning, had my measure up with nutritionist. I officially disregard any tanita scale information, as these are so far out even she admitted the data is basically worthless. according to the tanitas, i have gained 4.5 kgs since last visit,lost .5kgs of muscle, and bf has gone from19% to23%. sein as im deadlifting 30kg+ more than i was at last reading, and strength is up all over, this is all worthless. she says its because of hydration, which is true cos i was under-hydrated. So did calliper test too, and according to those ive gone from 72kg@13.9% to 84.5 kg@19%, seems more realistic. have almoist sorted out fat loss diet that il start in a weeks time, will post up rough copy soon. also did my train there to save time, clm mt welly $20 casual visit :shock:

was shoulders/bis, started with sum seated db press to warm up, then did 3 sets of 25k dbs, though had to stop first (attempt) at 25 cos on the first rep i gotta shooting pain in my left fr. delt (same place that hurts on chest days). so did some stretching, and tried again, was sweet. Arandom dude came and gave me a spot too, which was 8)

next went to one arm cable bent over raise, 4 sets each arm, no rests, just kept swapping. could feel the rear delts good. then did 4 sets of light bbell shrugs, 12-16 reps, little rests, just to get a burn in the traps. lastly did 3 sets of side cable raises,again no rests. Onto bis, 1 warmup set of preachers, then 4 sets of seated ezibar preachers, first set 10 reps, then last sets came down to 6 reps (just). bis pretty pumped already, went to curl machine and did 4 sets, all to arm-aching failure. Thats it, had my dex/p.p and gapped it..

That's an impressive tat SFS! :shock: Where did you get it done? Your BF isn't as much as you thought it might be which is good, 19% is fine! I wish I was at 19%!!

thanx vee! got it done at stigmata tattoo in papakura. Even though i live in central now im born and bred south side... :grin:

i reckon im about 20-22%, but whatever happens im gonna :grin: be rid of it anyways! :twisted:
