todays eats

300am cup oats, 1.5serve p.p, banana

530am 4 boiled eggs mashed w/mayo, on 3 pieces brwn bread.

800am 1.5 cups white rice, 180g tuna, lite mayo

1000am 2 cups oats, 1.5serve p.p

1200 1.5 cups white rice, 200g chicken, lite mayo

workout, then 40g dex, double serve p.p

345pm 1.5 cups rice, 200g chicken

530pm 2 slices p/butter toast, 1 can watties big eat

later p.p shake :shifty:

have you tried anything else apart from superpump?

and are you getting more (SP)?

ive tried isamorph, didnt effect me at all. tried nutrex ignite, thats ok as a wake-up, but nothing ive tried compares to sp in terms of mental focus. Im currently on plasmajet - insane pump, but i think id benefit more from the 'kick' of sp, so will be buying again methinks..

Yea, I tried Isatori Morph once, but although i felt something, I'm not sure how much it helped me, as it was when I first started, and I wasn't really able to bench mark it properly, also, i spent the first 45 minutes of my workout sitting in the car due to a car crash causing a massive traffic jam...

You could try caffeine pills until then...or something...

just out of curiosity, what time do you go to bed?

TEST RESULTS :-([/size]went throught to aucks hosp after work and got my results - not good. might see if a doc might refer me to get some script test! :grin:

il post these up in my earlier thread in the st/pH forum and see what the experienced guys say...

reference range_______ result

oestrogen 0-200 _____ less than 150

LH 2-9 _____________ 9.2

testosterone 10-28 ___________ 10.8

free test 250-800 _______ 221

SHBG 13-71 ___________ 44

so test/free test is low. will make the followup tests very interesting. Really bummed out after getting these though... :?

From what i heard/read, ZMA helps with sleeping...

but it might take a while for it to take effect...

but i think you should be trying to go to bed before 8:30 if you are getting up at 3 am (that was based on your first meal of the day in your last diet post)

8 hours a night...

I edited it so i dn't think you saw it...

well, i have to get up at 6, and find that i can get close to 8 hours, but NZBB sure as hell doesn't help. if i switch off my comp half an hour before i want to go to bed, it is usually better. bu you could try to pop some ZMA pills with some warm milk (Has to be warmed). i assume the milk can hae protein powder mixed in...

NO

ZMA and milk don't mix, don't do it...read up on it and I think it'll say not to be taken around same time as milk...i think it might cancel it out or something, seriously no milk with ZMA

was back day, and can now do deads again! woot! funny how deads are sweet but squats aggrevate me lower back/spine :doh:

deads 40x10,60x10,80x10

deads 100x7,x7,x8,x6F

c/grip seated row 4 sets 8-10 reps

w/g pulldowns 4 sets 6-12 reps

db rows 4 sets 6-10 reps

no cardio. really happy with deads (no laughing), now that form is sorted weights climbing up..... for now!

roll on shoulders, and more tattoo! \:D/

lol yea. eating such a ridiculous amount is the best incentive to 'go to was gymrat style' - cos if you dont youll pork up even more :grin:

hence my grunt-a-thon at unisports, and the huge pb for deads :D

have you thought about dropping your reps for deads ? doing some heavy triples maybe ?

tattoo got cancelled, and got poo sleep due to drunken ex texting me at 3am :evil: :evil: :evil:

started with some rotating and stretching, and a slow motion set of seated db press at10k, then 2 sets at 15.5k for 5 reps, a little more stretching, then 4 working sets of db press. had a go at the 27's, got 4.5 clean reps - was expecting more, but dont feel that great today. so went to 25's for last 3 sets. after this i went straight to the cables and did non stop 3 sets aside of bent over one arm raise, alternated with side cable raises. Just kept swapping between side/bent rear raises, minimal rests, some rest pauses, didnt really count 'sets' but woulda had at least 5 sets of each raise for each arm, easily. finished with 4 sets light bbel shrugs, 20 sec rests, repping till failure every time. didnt have plasma jet, thought for a change il take this weeks last one tommora for bis/tris.

well safe to say all i ben thinking about in the last 24 hours is what im gonna do about low test. as android so ruthlessly pointed out( :grin: ) it explains my slow progression, and i need to adress it. On the other hand, it makes me think ive done well in the last 5 months to do what i have with such shit test levels, and i know if my levels were normal i woulda had even more progress! i emailed the nzmensclinic, there website talks about HRT and using steroid cream, but they wont even consult me, apparently they only deal with sexual dysfunction - kinda fucked when theyre website discusses HRT and hgh! fuckers.

so basically, il get a referral to an endocrinologist and see what theu will do, but either way im gonna be looking into aas. yes its way too early, but its more a case of not wanting to spend years of effort selling myself short on results cos my test is not there! a minimal dose like 100mg/week would likely put me in 'normal' zones, but if im gonna shut the boys down, i may as well do it properly, so will do a proper cycle. But i will see what the quack says first...

roll on twigs! i mean bis/tris.....

well today was supposed to be bis/tris/cardio, but really couldnt be fucked with cardio, only done 1 cardio sesh this week.. but i also decided that from now on il be doing flat bbell bench (normal grip) as my first compound ex for tris - i need the benching practice, and a little extra chest work def wont go amiss. was pleased with bench, as strength up on tuesdays chest sesh, i think im starting to get the hang of it. did 2 light warmup sets, then 4 working sets at 65k, reps went 9,8,6,6+2partials, compared to tuesdays6,6,6. after these i did 4 sets of tri pushdowns alternated with 3 sets of rope pushdowns. basically supersetted and used light weight on the rope ones for a good burn. thats it for tris, next up did 1 warm up set of db curls with the 10's, then grabbed the 12.5's and an ezibar with 7.5kaside on it. did 3 sets with each,alternating, all sets to total failure with at least a few seconds of static hold at the failure point. i dont cheat to get the last rep - i hold it at failure point. then dropped the ezibar weight to 5 k aside and did 2 sets to fail with this. arms pumped by now, that was it. so 11 sets for tris and 8 sets for bis, will do 5 working sets for bench next week, and probly a few cable curl sets aswell.

saw a guy today, looked about 40, plifters build, doing 200k squats for reps with knee wraps and a belt. Proper squats too, basically a2g, very inspiring stuff! roll on rest day, then legs. will try to get to a docsa next week to get a referral to a endocrinologist! :pray:

Pussy was using leg wraps and belt eh?

Is this at Les Mills or old gym, where you at nowadays mate?

work is such a bitch, did legs today. my leg days have been generally aimless lately, training them hard but not really systematic like they should be. heart wasnt in it at all today. tried squats for the first time in months, was only light but back was sweet. did 5 working sets, to just below parralel, then did 5 sets of walking lunges with 18k dbs, 10 step sets, only stopping for 30-40 secs between sets. Then jmped on the legpress, which i also havent touched for months cos it would aggrevate my back. managed to do 5 sets, up to 4pps, i found if i want to use leg press, i have to literally pull myself down onto the seat, or else when i lower the weight my arse lifts up, which is what hurts my lower spine. not sure why this is, but ohwell.

so thats it, 15 working sets, all compounds, lookin foward to chest tommora - cos il see whether last weeks improvement was due to the extra sleep, or progression. Have been online researching my hormone issues, looks like my best-case scenario is a deficiency issue, ie zinc or vitamin,seratonin etc. Hoping for that, or else somethings not working how it should. time will tell.

chest

it seems my workouts on my non-working days are stronger - by todays efforts. warmed up with sum light db bench, then straight to flat bbell bench. 5 work sets, first 3 at 70k, reps 5,4,4,then put weight down to 60, 2 quick sets of 7/8 reps. from here straight to decliine db press, 4 sets 8-10 reps, then 4 sets cable crosses, then tried some 'pullovers' - might try them again, but felt awkward on my delts at the bottom, and couldnt feel much happening on the chest. maybe just form..

finished with a dropset and 2 straight sets of machine bench, out....
