Awesome startinfromscratch look forward to seeing the results.

My test levels sit on 19 from memory this was 2 years ago I had them done when I kept feeling tired, whatever that is out of I don't know tbh...but I was told no food before the blood was taken :-(

when giving blood you should eat sweet foods b4hand and make sure your full.

im curious myself actually, im eating plenty of fats(eggs/mince/mayo), the reference ranges are supplied, il post them up too.

m2 4 boiled eggs, mayo,on a 3 piece brown bread sammy!

m3 1.5 cups white rice, 180g tuna, mayo

m4 1.5 cup oats, 1.5 serve p.p, banana, in water (raw)

m5 1.5 cups white rice, 200g steak

superpump, sizeon,workout,

m6 600cal mass shake

m7 1 big cup white rice, 200g steak

later 3 p/butter toast

Chest

warmups flat db press 12.5x10,15.5x10,25x6,

flat db press 30x10,x8F,x8,x6

dc db press 27x7F,x6F,25x8F

cable cross 3 sets 10-12reps (burning chest!)

cable flys 3 sets 8-10 reps

machine press 2 random sets..

did no cardio, cos i forgot my gym shirt, had to w/out in my skanky singlet - so embarrasing but bettr than missing the w/out. So i smelt bad before the workout, woulda been real pong after weights lol.

Good doms in inside thighs and quads from the lunges, so happy with that.

Been REAL tired lately, dont know why.. showed in todays w/out though.

on a good note my plasmajet,2xsuperpump and novadex arrived, 2day will order zma and whey. still waiting for bloods, prob take awhile cos medlabs is overrun with swineflu tests?!

back(well,lat) day is my fave day, always get a good pump and im always pysched up for it. got half my medlab results, will post up when the others arrive. Im gonna bite the bullet and see a chiro about my lower back, its really holding back my growing potential(i reckon). want to be able to do deads and train core again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! roll on shoulders/ cardio tommora

i alternate my bi tri w/out each weak with more emphasis on one than the other - so next week will do more tris/less bis etc..

but at least the extra day will help pay for all my supps!

im also wondering where my test results are? i got them done last friday, and i got back the LH and estrogen tests, with a note to say the SHBG and total test tests had ben sent away to be done.....

start new split/new stack as of tommorow..

weekend was 2 rest days, went to a 40th last night, and was very well behaved - 2 low carb beers, and dinner was a shitload of chicken, lamb,salad - and no dessert.

weight is climbing steadily since i upped my cals, my planned deadline looks more than enough to reach my initial (uneducated) goal of 85kg.

Started in january@72kgs, weighed in today(after eating lots) weighed 84.2 :shock:

so i reckon actual weight prob around 83ish, so ive got 2 months to gain 2kg lol. Im not too hooked on numbers, and my jeans that fit well at 72k are a bit tight now - il keep bulking and see where i end up, so gains since jan=11kgs \:D/ \:D/

short on time today, so no cardio. also tired as f*ck, but still pushed to fail.

the bbell benching was good, coming to an about an inch above chest, and i played around with grip a bit.

wups - flat bbell bench barx10,40x10

flat bbell bench 60x10, 70x4,65x6RP,x5RP

dec. db bench 30x6,x6F,x7F,x6F

cable crosses 4 sets 6-10 reps, static hold at fails.

cable flys 3 sets, with statics at end

1 set machine bench with wide grip, to fail (12 reps)

rest day tommorow, and a day off work. hope for sore tits!

have chest doms from yesterday, so bbell benching my form musta ben ok.

checked out the cbd les mills this morning, man the place is a gymrats dream! my whole gym at unisports would fit into one level of LM several times, and machines for africa! im gna check out club physical 3kings aswell, as its just around the corner from me. but much liking lm, i may have to join up! tho by the looks of it, i may have to upgrade my warehouse workout gear :shock:

the plasmajet is good stuff, though i have to say im finding it hard without the stimulants i used to have (superpump), but its prob gud for my body to have a break from them.... :doh:
