im waiting till i finish my sizeon, only because i spent way too much on supps, so after whey and nitric, im only 'allowing' myself one supp at a time. be a few weeks,

yea will get test and est test before starting, and will likely stack with a zma to make the most of it. I think it will be interesting, and also i have no idea what my test levels are like so at least il have a reference point. Il be sure to post it up boys!

Diet update

ive decided to keep on bulking, because i want to stick with my original aim - 6 months bulking, and then 6 months trimming the lard..

im nearly out of mutant mass, and i wont be buying it again. This is no reflection on it, imo its fantastic stuff for bumping up cals. But i want to spend these last 6-8 weeks more conc on whole foods. Am also reintroducing eggs, as my weight increasing slowed up heaps when i swapped out eggs for extra tuna - probably just a coincidence but after reading the comments in luigis journal, im more than happy to add em back in.

i already have plenty of meals through the day, but im going to have to buy some larger containers, and a bigger bag. My weight has stopped growing like it was, and if i wanna keep growing i needa increase the size of my meals. so my p.p serves will go from 24-32g, carbs(oats,rice) will go from 1 cup to 1.1/2 cups, and ill be using mince and steak as my meats most of the time.

Not sure how my body will react, im doing a little cardio now, 3 20min tready runs a week, will leave it at that for now, and see what happens..

bloke i know used isatori isatest as a test booster/est blocker and also took a good quality tribulus at the same time. reckons it worked well.

all good with the whole foods, but are you going to have a protein/mass gain shake right after training?

yea it was a toss up between novadex and tribex gold, chose the nova mostly cos all the gaspari stuff ive tried has worked well, plus it has ben recommended by some well respected peeps (musclenz,android) in previous posts. the proof will be in the bloods tho!

il just be having my 40g dex and a doubleshot protein, and then within an hour a rice+meat meal. well thats the plan.. :shifty:

todays eats.. so far..

m1 cup oats, 30g protein, banana, water (raw)

m2 2-tier sandwich, (4 boiled eggs/mayo/3 slices brown bread)

m3 180g tuna, 1.5 cups rice

m4 1.5 cups oats, 30g protein, banana, water (raw)

m5 1.5 cups rice, 200g mince, tommy sauce to moisten!

superpump, w/out, sizeon, 600cal mass shake.

now 1.5 cups rice, 200g mince,

later 30g protein shake, 2 slices p/butter toast,

first day of new increased cals, wasnt tooooo difficult, def takes longer to work through that damn rice though! ive decided that end of june is my cutoff - till then ill bulk as hard as i can ,no alcohol, will get blood test done next week in prep for test booster trial..

TODAY LEGS

last week i tried to hack squat 90 for the first time, which i got. so very happy with todays efforts, it proves that my lower back is holding back my squat progress - so from now on will stick to hacks, save my back for back day..

warmups - stretches, bbell hacks 40kx10,60kx10,80kx10

bbell hacks 90x7F,100x3,110x1,90x6,90x4F

lunges, walking 15.5k db's 16steps,16steps,14steps,jelly legs

lying hammy curls 48x8F,x7F,x6F,36x7F

Today back/cardio

given i was tired as, had an awesome workout. Though no pb's, had the gym to myself, really worked the lats over - rest times were minimal. Ended up with an awesome pump too.. forgot to do my hypers tho, will do em b4 shoulders tommora..

warmups - light lat pulldowns, stretches.

v-bar pullups b.wx10,x8,x6,x4(dunno y drops off so quick?)

lat pulldowns, w/grip 4 sets 6-8 reps

w/g seated row 4 sets 6-8 reps

db row,3 sets 6-8 reps, then 1 set to fail @13reps lighter weight.

cardio 20mins tready@8kph

roll on shoulders, will post eats afta dinna...

am planning on doing my prequel bloods tommorow, will be doing a supp order on monday, novadex,zma, and my superpump is nearly out - but to be honest, the superpump seems to be losing its effectiveness, so over the weekend il do sum surfing and see if theres a diff supp i like enough to try...

any reccomendations/suggestions?

also had a few positive comments from peeps in the last few weeks about my shape, which i thought was very cool or in other words 8) 8) 8)

today nad no preworkout supp, still got mad pump though. was happy with bis, all working sets were FULL rom, all squeezed at the top, felt like a pussy on the tready cos i felt like resting my arms on the machine lol..

gonna down some mince and rice now, then its off to medlabs for my test. Then ive got several missions to do out south, gotta book another tatt sesh, pick up my dex, see my mechanic.. Will be placing a massive supp order monday, cos itl be my test booster, zma, nos, plus wateva my tattoist wants. If your jacked off this morning make sure do do it again for your post test test booster test as well. :pfft:

hahaha, nah didnt beat the meat, il keep that in mind...

you should have had your tests taken at around 8.30am when test levels will be at their peak... never mind just get ur post tests at the same time of time of day as the first ones..

yep, gonna do them same day/time, results should be fairly accurate - no alcohol for a week, plenty of fats/sat fats in diet.

will definitly do the followup test through a doc though - todays test cost over $90! :evil: heres the pricing in case anyone cares..

plus something unusual happened.. i had a blood test in Jan when i got sick, they took 4 vials away, no worries at all. Today they took only 3 vials, but after the test i blacked out?? wtf?? fully gone for a few seconds, no idea y....

Maybe lack of food before the blood test? Were you allowed to eat before it?

i ate a big bowl of mince and rice before, id trained a few hours before, was wondering if the nitric supps may have ben a factor..

oh yeah, you should have requested some of their "harden up post bloods tablets" :pfft:

lol yea.... still mystified! il post up results in here when they come..
