today is normally chest/bis, but did chest tris instead. trained with a training buddy today, met up with agent orange so working sets were spotted \:D/

cant remember exact reps/weights,

warmup sets, then

4 sets flat db bench, 4 sets decline db bench, 4 sets cable flies, 3 sets v-bar dips, 4 sets tri pushdowns, 3 sets close grip bench. Got a good pump on ma tits :grin:

on another note, wicked doms from yesterdays experimental leg sesh - and considering i was told that i needed to work on my glute activation, ive got glute doms so bad it hurts to clench! lol good stuff.. introducing chopchop into my diet aswell, this stuffs an aquired taste! i prefer tuna :shifty:

c/g seated rows 4 sets 5-8 reps

w/g seated rows 3 sets 6-8 reps,1 set 12 reps

45degree rope 'rows' 4 sets 6-10 reps(pulling to chest, from top)

deads 4 sets, only 60kgs, to test back

conc curls 1 warmup set, 3 sets 6-8 reps

cable curls 2 sets 7 reps

2 sets seated alt arm curls 6-8 reps each arm

sein as im feeling so shit, this w/out wasnt too bad. good pump in lats.

todays eats

m1 cup oats, p.p, banana, water (raw)

m2 180g tuna, 200g kumara

m3 85g chopchop, 200g kumara chicken pie lol was free....

m3 same as m2

m4 same as m1

superpump, w/out, 40g dex, 600cal mass shake

now 200g steak, 2 p/butter toast

later 500cal shake or takeaways.... :shifty:

well, i cant really afford a holiday, but the other two would be welcome!

i jst spent 12 hours making hot x buns, how fucked is that!

back is better, i was really worried about it bein fucked again this morning, but its fine. still a little stiff, but id give my back a 90% atm. Hows yours gettin on?

Yeah, gettin there. No pain anymore, but still in physio. Have the clearance to go up to 85kg squats & deads. Tried squats on Thurs and was all good - but I know what ya mean about wakin up & waitin to feel the damage!

man, thats so embarrasin, i wanna have a crack at 85 squats next leg day, i thinking youd leave me 4 dead! :oops:

I wouldn't bother with 85gram chopchop, just get the 160s, shit even down two of the bitches. :grin:

yea amen to that, i only bout the 85's cos there wasnt any bigger cans. i really have to force myself to eat them, id rather have 3 big canc of tuna a day! :shifty:

today my gym was closed, bt i did a leg train at my mates home gym. got some pbs, tried sldl's today, have previously only deaded 80k's, today i managed 90k x 7, 2 sets! im hell paranoid about my back, it feels spent so im really hoping it holds up! it was sorta stupid to push the deads, i also did 90k bbell hacks (previous pb 80ks). so all in all a good day as long as i dont wake up fucked. also decided a new split is on the cards, in order to include some cardio. new split is

monday legs

tuesday chest

wed back

thu shoulders/abs

fri bis/tris

sat rest

sun rest

want to keep the chest/shoulder w/outs to 45 mins, and follow with 20 mins cardio. thats the plan! :shifty:

lower back is dommed out and also a little sore (bad sore) from my pb deads, but not as bad as i feared. though i wish i could afford another dtm this week, have to wait a few weeks.... :shifty:

odd thing happened at the gym today, was chatting with the p.t behind the desk and he was like 'are you startinfromscratch?' i dont tell ANYONE that i have this journal, and i was all 'how the f*ck do you know that???'

turns out someone had bookmarked my journal on the unisports computer, just seems weird, i dunno. that also means theyl read this so.. IM ONTO YOU!! hahahaha

stoked with todays workout, ben psyching up to try the 33k dbs for a few weeks, had no spotter but had a crack anyway, am well pleased.

warmups flat db 12.5x10,15.5x10,25x10

flat db 33x7,x6F,x5RP,x4F

dcline BBELL 50x10,60x6, DBELL 33x4F

v-bar dips b.w x9,x8,x6 (f*ck all rest between sets)

cable crosses 20x9,26x6F,x5F

cable flies 3 sets, some partial reps and stretching the chest aswell.

finished with flat db press 25x4 - just to see what was left in the tank - answer - f*ck all!!

havent done any real shoulder training for a few months, so this was quite refreshing. sorta eased into it, will push harder next week..

warmups - stretches, seated db press 8kx10,12.5kx10

seated db press 16.5x10,18x10,19.5x8F,x7,x8F,x7F

stnd.mil.press barx10,30x10,35x7F,x8F

shrugs 60x12,80x10,90x8F,x7,x6,60x12F

stretches to finish, doms in calves so no cardio.....
