And I love training never miss for any reason, I just work around things.

Eating lean as, always start my day with porridge and a brew then wild venison,chicken breasts and as much fresh green veges that I can handle and good clean whey,abit of water and throw some sleep in.

The body will respond, has no choice.

Should point out this is my second year of comps, made the mistakes now going hard.
