in the past 4-5months flamer brought up her physique emmensly to be competitive at nabba Nats and i was surprised she didnt place in top three. likewise im looking at alot more muscle to emulate what a bb show should be about (but we'll see if that actually happens w my shit diet.)

this is wat more nz figure competitiors need to do before stepping onstage. it is too much becoming a bikini model show; which are fine but if you dont wana get muscley be a bikini model and enter miss hawaiian tropic not a bb show. we need to have figure girls aligned with figure competitions in america [imo] /rant.

lol guys funny.

anyway I have decided on my cake, although I really should be making 2, one for work and one for my dinner... hmm..

I would like to share with you my diet for today.

M1: 4 licorice allsorts, peach

M2: milo, biscuit

M3: a crap ton of water

M4: icecream, m&ms

M5: carrot, hummus

Oh.my.gosh. hahaha. And on top of this I have a major sore stomach from my awesome food poisoning and yet I managed to consume that. Lol. I just had a nice lie on the beach for 2 hours reading a book (first time in years :oops: ) think I have managed to sort out what I want to do

Are you planning to compete or just diet down?

Nothing here looks serious enough as a diet for competing.

Looks ok, but man would that day gives me the sh........

lol at the moment I am just bumming around wasting time and my body .. do do do..

I know that my diet is completely sh*t, don't worry about that.

Just hate to see effort wasted. We all fall off the wagon, it's so easy to do, but a lot of hard work to get back on again.

I do like the recipes though and am going down the protien powder ice cream road. But cottage cheese to make ice cream - that's bad.
