Ha ha no can do :)

Did an awesome work out last night, I have had so long off the gym, about a month I guess so I knew it was really going to burn. And it did, I just kept going and going and going until I knew it would really hurt tomorrow.

Squats

Then to top it off I did some leg press, my legs were visibly shaking it was awesome. Love squats. Now to fit in some cardio....

haha I actually had two interviews today, SO WASTED. I really focused on squeezing my ass and thighs when I was squatting and I think it has massively contributed to my complete lack of ability to walk. I think it is going to be horrible tomorrow :/ and another interview in the morning :)

oh my gosh i just realised for all the effort i have put in (and lack of effort) i have got.. (apart from my hair growing and real tan aquisation lol) no where....

I know I'm only a relative newbie here at NZBB, but just wanted to say you're freakin kidding yourself if you think you've made no headway! You clearly can't be seeing what the rest of us see in your progress. Trust me, you're definitely way more toned, clearly fit, and looking fantastic as a result. :nod: That is all.

Well I am very proud of myself just did my first cardio in like forever, a 1 hour walk. Yaya.. I am sweaty as hell haha.

Diet for today was crapolata...

M1 oats and half a brownie

M2 2 x coffee

M3 1 x coffee + apple

M4 85g tuna - sundried tom and basil must remember this flavour is awesome

M5 coffee + apple

M6 chicken + salad

haha... I know!!
