No knocking the diet Laura cos at NEARLY!!!! 40 I's still making the same dumb choices..but if i can give you one old lady piece of advice...shit :doh: i wish when i was your age i had just done it..the way i had the opportunity to and done it properly..I sit here at my age and know that the best chances are past and wish i had done it smarter but hopefully i can pass this wisdom on..I know my daughter will get it..that and moisturise too and know you are beautiful !!!!!

Does that make any sense???? :shifty:

M2 - chocolate

M3 - doughnut

M4 - chocolate

M5 - chicken & salad

M6 - chocolate

Come on TFB - we all know I'm appaling when it comes to diet, that's why I have to do so much freakin cardio!! :pfft:

haha I love it flamer.

still feeling crook went for a very slow 10k ride.

I am very proud of my diet today:

M1: syntha 6

M2: peach + 1/4c cashews

M3: chicken breast

M4: peach

M5: syntha 6 + 1/4c cashews

gettin on the right track again. yay.

looks much better already :D

Today is the first time I wanted to go to the gym and slept in instead. He he. Oh well I have some excercise planned for tonight. I am finally starting to feel better, first day without a headache yaya

M1: syntha6

Well I'm still sick as a dog but I'm determined to be better tomorrow :P

Last workout was first legs in about a week or two on Tuesday.

Squats:

1x10x40kg

1x10x50kg

1x10x40kg

1x10x50kg

1x10x40kg

1x10x50kg

*died a little*

Leg curls/extensions

3 sets of each

Incline press

3x10x22.5kg

Squats kind of killed me, lost so much strength and my legs are still hurting today which is not really conductive to feeling better, man I'm whinging on.

And to top things off I broke my birthday cake I was making :( *sad* haha.

Sorry to hear you're still sick - I reckon planes are a damn incubator for bugs - esp long-haul... it'd be hard to design a better way of infecting folks!

Don't throw the cake out - I'l give it a good home, broken or not =P~ :pray:
