squats 4 x 10 x 30kg (pause for 5 sec midway, 2 secs bottom, KILL)

That sounds nasty... my pt discovered the same thing, along the lines of "four counts down, four counts hold, four counts up, for 20 reps"

Now that's a recipe for arson of the quads... let us know how walking feels tomorrow :doh:

Haha, yeah I did them for the first time last week and I seriously had DOMs for 4 days solid. Ahh the burn.

Am did chest/back 4 sets of 10 reps of everything

incline bb press 25kg

lat pulldown 33kg

db chest flies 9kg each hand

seated row 31kg

pec dec 6

mid row 5

pressups

seated press

diet = win today

m1: protein shake

m2: protein pancakes

m3: tuna + salad

m4: ?

i take that back anyway.

man. all my hard work .. undone. not too sure whats wrong with me. i wore jeans for the first time this summer and they were WAY tighter than they ever have been :( wtf. and I know its all fat lol.

Ahh. Time to reel it in, AgAIN. please can I just stay on the horse this time... birthday is looming...

Holiday's are hard to leave behind especially summer ones with good food and plenty of reasons to drink. When you're good and ready you'll be able to shed anything you like :nod: ... or buy bigger clothes LOL :-)

I think I am ready... I have my plan all written out but I think I am gonig to try a different tactic this time, just write it all down instead of posting it up which doesnt seem to work. Im taking photos tonight.. oh noes... and I refuse to buy bigger clothes, haha.. oh man.

Time for an update I feel :)

First things first, cupcake is super awesome

Secondly, gym has been going well, got into my morning routine and feeling strong

Thirdly, diet has been decidedly shit for many weeks now, but its ok, I haven't got too fat and well yeah.

Oh and I have food poisoning. So missed my gym session this am and had a freaking horrible day at work.. sigh.. sucks not having any sick days left hehe. Oh and I am looking for a new job.. so if anyone has any .NET dev jobs going... let me know!!

Food poisoning again, sure you're not up the duff? I thought I had food poisoning, throwing up etc... just started a new job too. Good to hear your training is going well and yes Cupcake is a sweetie :nod:

I think I have been on a mini bulk, or so I am hoping.. because I feel really weird.. I am definately heavier, but not a corresponding amount fatter. And I have been going hard at the gym, and I am definately musclier in places.

Even so not good because I didn't want any more muscle and now I definately have some.

you say u dont want to get any more muscular but figure girls need to be muscular-ask flamer.
