helloo journal. quick update

did legs this morning, weak sets, been real sick and on reali strong antibiotics making me sick atm so taking it easy. got mad DOMs tho woo!

deadlifts

2x10x40kg

2x8x50kg

2x3x60kg

leg curls and leg ext and lunges 3 sets of each (llunges w/10kg dbs).

diet

m1: oats + yogurt (counteracting antibiotics i hope)

m2: coffee

m3: chicken, hummus, tiny wholegrain pita

m4: oats + yogurt (tiny)

m5: chicken and sundried toms and hummus

m6: tiny bit of http://www.laurasaur.com/2009/03/24/nut ... ecupcakes/ lol

yeah so diets not great but its awesome for me. i feel like I am living and I love what I am eating although Ideally m2 and 4 would be better... oh and 6.. oh ok ok... but yeah, starting to lose weight again and thinking of doing some cardio for like the first time ever.. win..

Had my last drugs yesterday woot !

Somehow managed to go to the gym this morning, omg more than one time in a week haha! Can i make it 3!!

Chest workout (pretty weak)

flat bench

1x10x20kg

3x10x30kg

supersetting with

lat pulldowns

1x10x26kg

3x10x33kg

incline flies

3x10x11kg

suppersetting with

bent over bb rows

1x10x22.5kg

2x10x25kg

pec dec

3x10x5

supersetting with

one arm bent over rows

14kg or 16 cant remmber

all in 30 mins.

Diet = crappy lol

Breakfast = creme egg :P

m2 = cupcake

m3 = coffee

m4 = oats

K so i was bad but now I have been solidly good for over a week. hello wagon.

Infact, I was so good yesterday I went to the gym did chest/back and then in the evening went for a run!!

I almost died.

And didn't eat any junk.

Anyway on Sunday I am starting a weight loss comp that has been a long time coming. its 10 weeks so will be doing daily updates. I'm very tempted to eat like crazy until Sun to get my weight up but I have been so good recently I don't really want to.

Only been 2 days and I swear my jeans are loose. Surely I didnt have that much carb bloat!!

I have been super good.

Yesterday:

1/4c oats + 1 tblsp yog

pb

chickpeas (poor planning)

ps

chicken + tomatoes

1 tbsp yog + 1/2 plum

squats: 2x10x40

2x9x50

2x4x60

2x10x40

/died

today

rest am.. gonna crank a run this pm.

diet:

1/4 cup oats + yog + plum

pb

100g chicken + some chickpeas

ps + apple

chicken + salad

so far no secret eating happening! v. impressed. tomorrow gonna do chesticles and back. just realised I have been neglecting shoulders so need to get those going sometime...
