My Favorite Muscle Is....

I feel this is a very important issue for us BBers (and wannabe BBers) as we all want to look good and as ppl seem to have favorite clothes, bags, cars etc, which are all fashion items, I thort it would be interesting to see which of their muscles ppl lyk the most/think are most fashionable.

Now biceps seem to be the most talked about muscle but personally I am a traps man. Not huge over-the-top traps but nicely sized and nicely defined traps are a must.

so wats your favorite? go crazy, say anything, include pics, lets see wats out there..

As for what I like on a girl I have to say its got to be a pair of nice muscular legs (apart from the obvious that is), although in a sensual sense i like the small of the back.

My Favorite muscle to show and train would have to be the Serratus Magnus,

Not many people know about them, and even less train them as a singular muscle group, it became the hidden muscles, look it up on google, i guarantee that you wont see many Mr O competitors with built up Serratus muscles.

And for the girls gotta go like everyone else, nice tanned muscular legs

Kinda, my best and favourite part on myself and the one that responds best to training is chest....... but who doesnt like chest/breasts

I like shoulders on a guy, good wide shoulders! Abs on girls always look impressive, if I had abs they would be my favourite part on me!

Mine are traps as well, and yes I am biased cause its the only muscle that I have never trained directly and I get great growth from.
