well thought i would make this my proper first post, a new week so thought i would post up my routine,

stats are as follows

age:21

weight:76kg

height:5'10

body fat% unsure

training for about 6months solid but did 8 months lifting weights last year

tonight was arms

warm up doing 1x15 16kg db

1x12 18kg db

1x10 20kg db

1x8 24kg db

1x8 28kg

tris

warm up single arm tricep extension 1x12 8kg db

1x12 11kg db

1x10 13kg db

cable rope pulldowns

1x10 50kg

1x10 6okg

1x90 kg

barbell curls 1x8 50kg

1x10 40kg

1x8 55kg

1x10 60kg

tris

tricep extension db 2 arms

1x10 33kg

1x10 36kg

1x8 40kg

1x6 43kg

double bicep cable curls

1x10 30kg (each side)

1x10 40kg

1x10 50kg

then last but not least db skullcrushers

1x10 11kg

1x12 13kg

1x12 11kg

role on shoulders and traps 2moro \:D/

any feedback and advice welcome!! would like to know others opinions

Whats your diet like?

thanks man, diet is as follows

7.15 double scoop protein shake and 2 weetbix

9.30 banana and small tin of tuna

12pm lunch 300grms chicken 100g brown rice

3.00pm 1cup muesli to half cup low fat yoghurt

5pm banana 2xlow fat rice cracker

7pm will be a good old shake after workout

7.45-8 some sort of meat or fish with salad or mixed bean salad (mums cooking lol)
