haha i hope so.

its been a shocking and stressful week this week. lots of stuff being changed around and I'm having to change my workouts to cope. so no training today gonna go hard tomorrow after work.

havnt put on any weight this week again i think coz of diet that went to shit this week. so many things on my mind i forgot to take it some days and stupid things like that.

sorry for the mournful tone of the post, just had a shit day at work after a shit week at work and another (probably) shit day working tomorrow.

on that happy note tune in for legs workout tomorrow

quick update on yesterdays workout, was legs but was also training my brother so did a bit of other stuff as well. did some 80kg squats, a leg curl and leg extension superset, some standing calf raises and some 40kg lunges as well.

today was chest and I think im getting alot stronger. have been advised that my upper chest needs some work so warmed up on the incline press machine then did incline db press. couple sets with 28kg, couple with 26kg.

onto pecdec, finally getting the technique rite, did 3 sets with 20kg then last set did 25kg with a rest pause. bench next, was quite lite coz of the previous chest work only 24kg i think and last set with 20s but rotating at the top. oh yeah yesterday i got 7x36kg with my brother spotting. pb i believe.

then an assortment of flys 4 on the decline then 5 covering flat and incline. 10-12kg dbs.

30kg seated calf raises, working these heaps coz they need to be brought up. 20reps each set so higher reps today.

also some triceps, just kickbacks and pressdowns, pitifully low weights im putting that down to the 30mins of chest work.

in the new scheme of things no workout tomorrow gonna be tuesday next with back i believe

did my back workout yesterday, went after work and man it was intense. Had so much energy, had eaten solid all day just felt really good. I think the days of early morning weights are gone.

started off with wide grip pull ups, doing them real strict and with 20kg assistance so I;m getting stronger. 4 sets of these. Then one arm rows, pulling up with the lats, think i did 24kg, could have gone heavier but then the biceps pull too much.

Onto the wide grip row with a bit of t-bar as well, just trying to hit the center of my back, bout 60kg on the wide grip, 15kg on the t-bar but was a whole heap of reps.

next was upright row with shrugs, so I'd do as many rows as i could then immediately start shrugging the same weight. 26kg for two sets then 28kg, traps got huge.

finally a close grip row pulling with my lats again rather than arms.

did a couple of biceps exercises, just incline curl and preacher curl, pretty light (10kg) but real strict so my biceps were pumped after.

also did a 10min ab circuit for good measure. took 1:15 all up, 45sec rests between sets atm

workout update. Thursday was arms, alternating biceps and triceps exercises, going well, up to curling 16kg and pressdown 65kg. probly not that heavy but feels good to me.

just got back from gym, doing a legs workout. warmed up with some lunges then into workout proper. Leg press first up did a couple of heavy sets 200kgx7 pb for me haha. then dropped the weight to 120 and did 15 reps sets.

next up superset the leg ex and leg curl machines. got up to 80kgx10 and 50x10 respectively. then again dropped the weight to half and repped to 20. golly that was hard by jingo.

um calf work next, standing and seated raises, working to 20 reps really blew my calves up, gonna be sticking with this for a few workouts. And to finish of some middle delt work. as im only working out 4 days now i decided to split up my delt work between the days of the week.

did military press and lat raise superset, weights were down of course but they blew up huge and got a great workout.

oh yeah using Nano Vapour for preworkout now, was using RPM but found it just to be a glorified caffeine pill. oh yeah with some test boosting effects as well, if i got annoyed while i was on it i got really pissed off. kinda funny really

not at the moment coz I'm bulking rite now. ill start using it again in june then thinking mitotropin in june.

oh yeah im 8.9% body fat at 74.4kg. So while bulking iv added no fat but put on 4.4kg in 2 1/2 months

sorry for no posts, have had alot on, working 9 hour days in a very physical job and been buying a new car so by the end of the day I just wanna sleep.

didnt make the gym tuesday coz of car scouting, went today tho, was arms today. Curled 20kg today for the first time in my life, strict as well kept the elbow back but not quite as far as i would like. still felt good tho.

triceps was close grip presses, overhead extensions and bench dips. 12kg on the extensions, slow and controlled. Dips I dont use weight on, just rep till i cant rep no more.

Biceps the alternating curls, incline curls, and machine curls. Inclines always done strict and squeezing the muscle at the top of the motion. Machine is awesome, go slow and controlled and omg the pain! such a bit pump.

on the car got myself a gtir. real tidy, goes like stink, fun and games hehe
