Right let's get this started!

Trained back and Biceps yesterday as always,went well but was a little pressed for time so I had to drop two exercises, lat pulldowns and preacher curls..

did 10 minutes on the rower to warm things up,

deadlifts

100kgx10, 120kgx10, 140x8, 160x6

low cable rows

60x12, 75x10, 80x8, 95x6

1 arm decline rows

22x10, 30x8, 35x8, 40x10( was feeling strong)

barbell curls

10x30, 8x35, 6x40- followed by reverse grip to failure

close grip ez-bar curls

10x30, 10x40(forced reps with a bit of help :wink: )

rope curls(hammer grip)

failurex30, failurex40

thursday is chest and shoulders... so for now I rest..
