Anyone who makes personal attacks on someone harmless about being newbies, for that reason is narrow minded and small as a person. Everyone starts somewhere and I looked to this site for people more experienced than me for their opinions. It seems its more about buying and selling than anything else.

I find to keep my tempo up during an intense workout, a good house mix works well. Lately I've just been listening to Ministry of Sounds.

If I'm stuggling to pick myself up for squats, I simply revert to some good ole' Pantera, RATM, NWA or something along those lines.
