Depends on what gym you join, one of our many NOs

No Lift Music (more fm, solid gold etc etc etc)

hahah. I have never been one for music when I'm working it out... for starters the standard headphones that came with my ipod just don't fit in my ears.. well the fit but they fall out so I quickly stopped that.

So now I just pray that who ever is at the desk doesnt like 80s music..
