Kuality post :pfft:

Today was Shoulders for 45mins.

Got through 3 exercises and inflamed the hell out of my massive delts without Ibuprofen...should see some awesome results now!

I think I inflamed them...

Shoulder press on hammerstrength machine worked up to 50kg each arm and knocked out a few sets. Even the set at 40kg was hard work and a good working set. All sets in the 8 rep range.

Then did rear delts on the incline bench facing forward. Just alternated each arm with a 6kg dumbbell until I got tired and sore. In tghe 12-15 rep range.

Lastly, front raises on the cable with a straight bar. Worked down to the stack and with this exercise I didn't go down to rest position. Entire set was from under chin down to mid chest level, slow, and deliberately keeping time under tension. Even stack weight wasn't enough so was in the 12-15 rep range.

PWO is about 30gms WPI and 30gms Glucose. Then it's home for a cooked meal of pasta and chicken.

Weighed in at 119kg, dropping slowly but most obvious is fat looks like dropping as well using the eye-o-meter. Delts looked a little separated today while working the rears in front of mirror and waist isn't as huge as before when PL'ng. Fat roll on belly seems less big as well.

Daily walking or just positive thinking about being leaner...not sure which one is the cause.

Nice Arms workout today followed by a CXWorks class (30mins ab class).

Pre-workout is 2 servings of Ronnie Coleman's Testogen and plenty of carbs an hour earlier.

Just started taking Nolvadex and the SARM Ostarine.

Cable curls using a rope to start with. I sat on same warm-up for 3 sets just to ease into it. If I start pyramiding up too early with biceps the lactic acid gets me everytime. Once they were warm and blooded I added some weight on the stack and did working sets.

Switched to Triceps and cable pushdowns are my favourite. Supersetted these with a burning exercise on the same v-bar but light weight. It's a straight arm pushdown and was almost impossible to reach 10 reps from the pain...loved it! So it was a heavy set of strict pushdowns and then a lighter set of the straight-armed ones.

Concentration curls next, a nice quiet exercise sitting down and just one arm at a time...used the 12.5kg ones.

Then seated pushdown machine and a few sets, followed by preacher curls, lighter weight then normal but squeezing to get the full curl. I find the machine mechanics prevent me from curling right up...well it is a preacher curl machine I guess its for the bottom of the curl LOL.

Then CXWorks class....30mins of core work, and done!

PWO was a WPI shake with Glucose. Followed by dinner which is beef, veges and pasta.

Weighed in at 119kg, hope it drops to 118kg by end of next week, I don't wanna do cardio

Back today, and felt exceptionally strong today and can't work out why I should be. Heart wasn't racing on any large amounts of caffeine but started Nolvadex and Ostarine that's all. Can't be that might be the build up of Testogen from Ronnie Coleman (yeah right!).

I didn't go for a walk today so had a little less food than normal too.

Oh well, can't explain if it's still an issue in a week's time I'll bottle my piss and sell it online :P

So, kicked off with Shrugs and last time remembered my grip failed so I got up to 3 and 1/2 plates quickly. Then did 3 working sets of 8. Lats were feeling it as well but think it was from yesterday's straight armed push downs which hit the Lats and Triceps.

Next up was the HammerStrength seated row. This one I was surprised with tbh. I started with what was on the machine already...1.5 plates each side.

Too easy so I rounded up to 2 plates, then 3, then 4 plates. The machine was maxed out but I managed to squeeze a thinner 10kg plate on each side and did 3 working sets of 8 reps with 4.5 plates each side LOL. Had to be careful that plates didn't fall off the ends but was all good. One side the grip was twisting on the bar so hard to hold...but managed.

Bent-over barbell rows next and didn't go heavy just working sets of 100kg but with good form (I think). And good steady reps and still feeling strong. 3 sets of 8 and moved on to Lat pullowns

Lat pulldowns just sat on 1/2 stack and did 5 sets in the 8-12 rep range, squeezing Lats and then.... done.

Good workout, wish they were all this good

Just another morning and another 1hr 15min walk to kick start a great day outside! This morning was a clear sky, stars were out, nice orange colour on the horizon...at 5:45am.

Found a place in bathroom I can video my Back and watch it at the same time. Priceless way to gauge progress, find weaknesses, and hopefully in turn train smarter for a better physique.

The lighting isn't the best so I end up bent forward but still able to see most of it....

cheers guys :)

Today was Legs and once again another strong day blew another PB out of the water.

Not feeling stim'd at all, I had a small can of Redbull with me plus the Pre-workout Testogen but that was it.

Warmed up on Leg Extensions and did 4 or 5 sets in the 15 rep range on a medium weight.

Then it was Leg Press time. Haven't been on this for about...a year. There might be 1 or 2 times in the last 9mths where I did it, but was nothing except Squats for 2012.

So wasn't expecting much but focused and I brought my Leg wraps and belt so was serious about shifting some weight.

Started with 2pps and progressed up a plate each side like this...

2pps / 10reps

3pps / 10reps

4pps / 10reps

5pps / 10reps

6pps / 10reps

7pps / 8reps

8pps / 8reps

9pps / 6reps

10pps / 6reps

11pps/ 6reps

Well those last 2 plates had to go on the middle post since the sides were full.

Then I added 3 more to fill the whole Press with 500kg and wrapped my Legs. Got 6 reps out and my mate pushed down on my shoulders to keep me in the seat.

LOL what a great session, over 80 reps and best weight in a long time for decent reps.

Finished up with a lot of sets on the Hammy Seated curl machine. 10 - 20 rep sets

Legs from Thursday were tight yesterday and again today, no surprises there.

Did 1/2hr BodyBalance which concentrated on the yoga portion of the exercises and we held many poses for such a long time my Quads were sore and weakening under the pressure of... no weights LOL

Followed up with 1/2hr abs workout today.

Really starting to see fatloss now and b/w down to 117kg. 75min walk in the mornings is not exhausting at all and used to waking up at 5am now so getting into a good groove and enjoying myself.

No change in food intake. Still buy a V or Redbull and something sweet in the day as well. Looking forward to doing this slowly....

Why are u dropping weight man?

To feel better and be healthier? Or to get ur wilks up?

Summertime mostly but waist got up to 41" for PL and that's too much.

With 2013 being about bodybuilding I should drop some of that PL fat before trying to grow again next year.

Arms yesterday and it was nice and quiet in the gym. Could actually pick the exercises I wanted to do.

Nothing special here I did most exercises in the 15-25 rep range and got a great pump and stretch in my Bis and Tris.

Just stuck to machines and cables didn't feel like swinging light dumbbells around. Squeezed every rep so most of the work was like doing concentration curls. Towards the end as my triceps tired I went to lighter weight and kept hammering out the reps...can feel that they've been worked over this morning.

Food-wise for Sunday....

Breakfast was the usual 5 Weet-Bix with milk and sugar, 30gm WPI shake, a strong coffee.

An hour later had 4 whole egg things with cheese and stuff on them.

About 11am had a bowl of rice risotto, chicken, and veges.

Late lunch was Yum Cha, shared a few meat dishes, and 1/4 duck.

Afternoon was another bowl of rice risotto, chicken and veges.

Pre-workout was a strong coffee and Testogen.

Post-workout was a 30gm WPI shake.

Dinner an hour later was beef, veges, and rice.

Chest yesterday, first time in 2 weeks exactly so thought it was time.

Flat bench press first and 1pps warm-up with 15 reps. 2pps and just did 6, then 3pps just did 4, then wqent to 160kg and did 2 sets or 2. Didn't have a spotter and 160kg felt heavy.

Could have gone for 3 reps but as the body weakens during PCT it's a fine line between knowing what you used to be able to handle and reality. Didn't want to get stuck under the bar last night so didn't try another rep.

Seated Press next on the Hammer Strength machine. Worked up from 2pps to 4pps and did a few sets of 8 reps.

Lastly (short session yesterday) I did a couple of sets on another seated machine using wide grip pressing movement and the stack.

Happy with strength, more than happy with the SARM. Am taking 15mg/ day like this: 5mg in the AM and 10mg in the PM. Nolvadex is also an AM thing, but lately been splitting the dose for no reason.

Just waiting for those 2-3 days of zero-Test (and low-adrenal function etc) to arrive and then plan on adding in GHRP-6 for the period of time my appetite drops away. Once zero-day arrives it should be over in 3 days tops if history repeats itself...before a steady climb back to normal levels.

Last time I waited until I got bloods done to see what the natural level returned to, will do this again so that I am 100% off and reliant on my own Test production.

Just starting to feel like Test levels are going down and other hormones are suporessed.

Motivation is down slightly.

Strength in the gym is good and doesn't reflect my energy levels.

Yesterday was Shoulders.

I did some side raises on a machine and went down to the stack for some working sets.

Then seated dumbbells presses. Didn't go as heavy as I could have, went up to 35kg and did 8-12 rep working sets. Warmed up with 17.5kg, then 25kg first. Felt good, not difficult.

Dumbbell side raises next and I did several 15-20 rep sets with a 15kg dumbbell. No problem, not heavy just did them strict and watched the striations in my chest flickering in the mirror LOL.

Then a few sets of front raises with a 20kg plate.

Lastly another side raise machine where you use your elbows under pads to raise the weight up. Didn't stack it just did them to fill in time waiting for gf.

This morning head is a little cloudy, won't be a productive day and I expect the week ahead will be similar.... will use auto-pilot to get through work. Wish I didn't have to get up at 5am but I think the walk helps with appetite so must continue.

Was tired yesterday and couldn't be bothered doing much. Didn't want to do anything even shopping was pushing myself. No workout planned after going last 2 days and plan going today to Body Balance.

Had a low-carb pizza for dinner, not that nice the base was like a soft wholemeal biscuit!

This morning started GHRP-6 to ensure I eat my way through these next few days. Head is cloudy, got a "can't be fucked attitude", and even conversation with another person seems like a strain.

So of course, no 75min walk this morning LOL
