No workout Thursday or Friday.

Saturday went for a play on the new LM machines...weird and wonderful contraptions.

The ab machine feels like you're giving yourself a BJ (i imagine...dunno from experience).

Other machines you move while doing the exercise, new and novel but on one exercise with my missus could see it working. Was delt side raise machine where you lock your elbows under a pad and do side raises. As you raise the arms up the machine tilts your body forward. And I could feel the constant tension on her side delts and then halfway up move the stress to the rear delts. That impresses me.

Static machines are sooooo last week

Anyway, did Leg Extensions, Hack Squats, Lat pulldown, side raises, seated tricep pushdowns, and ab pullover BJ things

finally LM gets a seated tricep pushdown machines, the ultimate tricep mass builder that doesn't need a spotter to lift max weight! This is one of my favourite machines in a gym and only thing LM has been missing imo

Really good day today. I am starting to feel normal again no sleepiness, no lack of motivation.

Workout was Shoulders and Biceps.

My strength was good enough for 3 sets of 8 front plate raises using 30kg. Most I usually do is 40kg (2 plates) so totally happy with this!

A heap of other exercises, nothing out of the ordinary though.

Weighed in at 117kg in the afternoon.

Oh, brought a heap of containers with the split in them, and pre-planned my 3 meals at work with 200gms beef, rice and brocolli in each one.

Lunch time meal is missing carbs as usual so added in eggs with cheese.

Well actually my lovely girlfriend did this for me. They're pre-cooked and will just need thawing out then heated up at work.

New cycle being planned to kickstart 2013 preparation, will go something like this:

Weeks 1-3: 60mg DBol ED

Weeks 1-8: 750mg Sus250 EW, 400mg Deca EW, 400mg Mast-E EW

Weeks 9-11: 50mg Anapolon ED

Weeks 9-16: 1.5gm Sus250 EW, 800mg Deca EW, 600mg Mast-E EW

Weeks 9-16: .25mg Arimidex ED

Weeks 17-20: 400mg Test-E EW (cruise or bridge...whatever its called)

May use Proviron Weeks 1-3.

May skip the A-Bombs if still making progress.

May use Nolvadex every few days if it feels necessary.

May switch to Test-E at anytime and pin some Prop with it, who knows...

Plan to start this after 8 weeks off.

Have not run this high for this length of time before but to date I know my body isn't gyno-prone.

You had 5 weeks off and u say you'll have another 3 off before starting? Or did I read wrong...

Are you getting/have you got blood tests done to see what your hormones are doing or just going by how you feel?

no you read it right, 2 months off.

Am repeating the same as last year almost. Last year was 10 months on and 6 weeks off. If you go back to last...November, you'll see I did 2 blood tests and by 6 weeks levels were back to normal again. One test was as the levels were dropping and the last result came back as normal levels can't be arsed looking it up and linking back to it...

I'm giving it 2 more weeks this time without blood tests just to be safe.

Mostly because I can't go by feel...this time I have been using 10mg Cialis daily throughout the whole PCT and it feels like I'm still "on" sometimes.

Today did Chest and Triceps.

My posterior chain has been playing up I guess it's the last week I had of low point and had shit posture, slouched, tired etc. Hammies hurt and tight and lower back dull pain.

Did seated press down to the stack and 3 working sets of 8-10.

Did incline dumbbell press with 40kg no warm-ups just 5 working sets of 8 - 10.

Then did lying dumbbell flyes with 10kg then 15kg, 4 sets in the 12-15 rep range.

Lastly did Smith machine close grip press. Took it easy and repped out on 1pps. Hardly worked them I intend doing arms tomorrow since I don't wanna do Legs or Back at the mo.

Arms yesterday and surprised my exercise I could do standing alternate dumbbell curls for 22 reps on each arm without lactic acid killing me. Was light just 12.5kg but expected a burn the Ronnie C Testogen pre-workout really works!

I haven't been working up to this rep range so it's not body adjustment...maybe it's a fluke.

Anyway great Arm workout I alternated Bicep and Tricep and blew them up on a variety of machines, cables and free weights. Last night I kept waking up to sore Biceps and today sore as. Can't squezze my Tricep to see if it's tender because the stretch hurts the Bicep.

Noticed today my jenas a freak'n loose around the waist yet I still have a gut when I relax or wear a singlet. I guess I'm shrinking somewhere somehow but weight still says 116kg and haven't done a 75min morning walk for a week now. Appetite has returned, not taking any GHRP-6 and stopped taking Osterine and Nolvadex as well.

Few changes in the last week.

1. Stopped walking in the AM, was just getting too tiring for me. Will find a compromise soon maybe try 6:30am walks.

2. Just started including GH in my supplement stack this week and will incorporate the AAS cycle as planned in due course.

Feeling good all week!

Sleep at night reminds me of Melatonin where if you do wake up you're not fully awake and you're back into deep sleep before you realise it.

For daily shots a while afterwards I get that urge to nap which I used to get when I tried 6x GHRP-6 dosing a day....memories of nearly falling alseep on the toilet at work LOL.

Am yawning right now despite a great sleep last night, feel like i want to have another sleep.....

I've tried morning, PWO, and mid-afternoon shots (4pm). The mid-afternoon one hits me after a workout where I can be walking around the shops and just want to curl up and go to sleep! The PWO one I am already at home when it comes on and sleeping early is good for me anyway if it hits me hard. The morning one is mandatory of course.

I started with 2iu and then moved to 4iu split into AM and PM doses, and a single 4iu dose in the morning as well....just to try them all out.

I will stick with 2iu/day for now and review again in a months time. The tiredness feeling doesn't suit my lifestyle I'm not going to nap and miss out on life LOL.

Am not in any hurry either, am viewing GH as a supplement to the diet, training and AAS I am already quite familiar with by now.

So many other BBer's on stage take it and am not wanting to drop below 1st place on stage, so I have to join the club for 2013.

If all goes to plan, a regular 2iu pin is all I will need until closer to the competitions and it's pretty damn cheap. 50 doses will last 7 or 8 weeks, but the hard part is finding a source. Hence why I chose to use Jintropin...it can handle room temperature for months whereas the others cannot so as soon as they are on the plane or ship over here they're losing viability...of course I store my GH in a fridge tho so it stays fresher and lasts as long as possible.

Side note: I may be doing a BB show in June in China. I have brought the plane ticket already it's a regional show for the Guangdong province (population 104 million) and some foreigners compete.

Things may change between now and then but there's 2 of us planning on going over to compete together and I know a couple of local BBers over there who might also be on stage as they need to qualify for the Nationals in Beijing.
