Cheers mate, I have you to thank for actually detailing the approach that might work. Compunds first and heavy, not to failure for strength, then do bodybuilding rep range on other exercises. This has really worked but tough to follow. Tough to walk away from the bar without failure and tough to not to follow-on and do heavy low rep sets on the other exercises.

Yesterday for pulldowns I was doing 3 plates off the 300-stack (240) for 6-8 reps yet I hadn't trained to do this strength-wise. The side-effects of this approach, cheers big guy :clap:

or more in particular what kind of macro's you are consuming at your size ?

I don't eat macros anymore bro but here's a run-down on what I eat and when.

Weights are dry-weight, uncooked

Breakfast: 200gms oats, 40gms WPI

10-10:30am: 300gms chicken breast, 150gms rice, apple

12-12:30pm: 300gms chicken breast, 150gms rice, banana

2:30-3pm: 300gms chicken breast, 150gms rice

pre-workout: 40gms raisins

post-workout: 50gms WPI, 40gms raisins

6:30pm: dinner, anything the family eats

8pm: fruit (grapes, banana, apple, or cherries...)

9-9:30pm: 200gms oats, (200-300gms fish OR meat from dinner)

Summarised:

Carbs are mainly from 400gms oats, 450gms rice, and 2 packets of raisins and fruit.

2 protein shakes on training days

Protein from about 1.2 - 1.5kg meat

Was weighing in at 114-116kg last week

Started this cycle at 108kg in December.

Test dropped back to 400mg/wk and Deca is 300mg/wk.

I did a 1ml pin of my own Prop to test it out last week so that's 500mg tbh.

Funny as...my arms cold are bigger than my little girls waist (3 y/o). This is me Saturday (no workout day) enjoying Lantern Festival with my family.

Cheers SG, might b the camera angle ay fark imagine 31" arms!! Slightly too big...

Today hit 2 PBs thought I'd write it down.

Was Chest workout and on the flat bench barbell press worked up to 140kg stopping at 8 reps, then 4 at 160, then 2 at 180kg! No spotter no-one even close to help so didn't push for more. 4pps on the bench is my best.

Incline bench with barbell was also good, did 4 at 140kg! 3pps on an incline and after the 180kg is also my best.

Weight-wise I'm close to 118kg and feeling way better than last time I was this weight. Blood pressure is fine this time and not short of breath or energy.

Not taking Deca anymore am sitting solely on 600-700mg Test-E.

Started taking 3iu insulin 2 weeks ago only, on training days only twice a day, once at my 10am meal and again with 4pm meal.

Am 10 weeks into cycle next week and gone from 108kg to 118kg.

My diet doesn't change much or enough to warrant daily updates apart from quantities and training is also just as it was in my last few posts.

Saves me time :-)

10 kg in 10 weeks!! mean bro! how are you looking now compared to 10 weeks ago body fat wise? you gained much fat in those 10 kilos?

I look much better imo and really happy with this bulk.

Not sure how much is fat and how much is LBM but will get it tested at the end of my cycle. I don't want to go higher than 15% and def don't think I have reached that yet.
