Good shit Android! Yea I agree with your thinking of sticking with 160kg for your work sets (only till you outgrow that weight of course :pfft: )... risking injury there with 170kg. Good stuff getting it for a double though!

Cheers mate, yeah not worth injury just for hitting maxes, my inclines were a struggle Arms were poked hence why I had to drop back to 35s.

Np Vader, here to please.

Today was Shoulders.

Last week thought I wasn't recoverying as quickly I'd like so now pinning x2 a week with 1ml Test-E 250mg/ml and 3/4ml Deca 200mg. This gives me 500mg Test and 300mg Deca per week after 6 weeks on.

Did behind the neck press in Smith machine to begin. Heavy co pound first not to failure, sets of up to 6 reps. Warmed up with 40kg then 60kg, then 4 sets at 80kg. Had to stop myself on last set at 7 reps and remind myself not to go to failure....old habits die hard will go up in weight next time.

Did HammerStrength machine next instead of dumbbells, 20kg each arm then working sets with 40kg each arm. Got up to 10 reps so have to go up next time as well.

Side raise machine next, the arms on this one keep your arms outstretched, do this kneeling with no body sway or cheating. This is now to failure on the last set, in the 12-15 rep range. First working sets I keep going until I can't lift anymore but that's not to failure. Last set really is to failure.

Next up was rear delts lying face forward on an incline bench doing one side at a time. Used 8kg dumbbells (last time was 10kg) and repped out over 12 each set.

Then did dumbbell side raises up to 12.5kg my delts felt worn out by now. Nothing special would say they were 3/4 strict.

Finally 20kg plate from raises and done.

Delts looked good and felt fried after 2 day break over the weekend but will try and change Chest for Shoulder workouts. Want to hit rear delts more and Back is tomorrow so just feel Chest then Back would be more appropriate so tired rear delts don't impact Back workout. Shoulders would then follow Leg workout, sweet!

Yesterday was a bad day, no idea why just was.

I felt tired, unmotivated, and just plain weak in the gym. I went through the motions and did a shortened Back workout but something had sucked the energy from me yesterday.

I might put it down to low carbs and change of meal timing and workout. Lately I have been taking 3 meals to work with chicken and rice. I cook up 1/2kg of white rice (uncooked weight) and split that into 3 meals. But yesterday had probably 200gms of kumara between the 3 meals. Then I had last meal at 12:30 but didn't get to the gym until 4pm. Had a banana and yoghurt and a 50gm protein shake in-between but don't think it helped.

Not sure, just felt drained.

Anyway, pullups first and did 12 full ROM in the first set. Felt ok, going right down to full stretch and then back up to chin. Next 2 sets got 8 reps out and last set my grip was failing...from this point on my energy and motivation dropped.

Deadlifts next and couldn't be arsed lifting from the floor but didn't want to do rack pulls so just started bar 6" from the ground. Wroked up 1pps each time then last set was 200kg for 4 reps. Stopped short of failure each set.

Then barbell rows, this is where I felt tired so just kept 60kg. Didn't have it in me to add more weight but got out 3 sets of 12-15 reps and good squeezing.

Lastly (I know, not much for Back huh) seated rows on Hammer Strength machine. 2pps and then I was done.

Got back to the car and ate my 3rd chicken and kumara meal since I had already downed my protein shake 2 hrs before.

Got home tired, lethargic. Had dinner an hour later, then pre-bed had a 200gm bowl of oats plus 200gm beef.

Day off today and feeling ok. Will make sure I eat proper tomorrow before Leg workout.

Legs today.

But first, I dropped the CN Test-E 250 in exchange for my own brewed Test-E 200. Took a ml of my own brewed Prop at same time. Pretty much had wood all fucking night waking me up! Ridiculous I'm in my 7th or 8th week. Prop hurts like a mutha fucka, to the point of limping. Getting better.

No Squats today, sounds like SG copying me but that's cool 8) yeah right haha

It's just so hot in LM City and in the Leg area it's only 50% of fans are working wtf.

Did Leg Extension warmup, 100 reps over 4 sets.

SLDL next the bar then 60kg for 4 sets.

Next Leg Press and did 3.5pps, 10 sets of 10 reps. Nothing to failure.

Did 6 sets of Lying leg Curls next medium weight just feeling the squeeze.

Then Leg Extensions 1/2 stack, 10 sets and each one until it hurt or couldn't do a full rep.

Lastly 5 sets of standing calf raises

Too hot, think I need to change pre-workout supplement to get more motivation in these times. Try and get an Underground Muscle pre-workout sample and try that. Havent tried any of their stuff tbh

Last week was a big week I made some good gains so took a pic on Sunday

post-2764-14166823725878_thumb.jpg

Changes I made start of last week were:

Back to oats at night before bed (still have some form of meat usually tuna at the moment). Heart rate goes up when I lay down to sleep from the carbs but the Melatonin kicks in and I'm off to sleep soaking in sugars and aminos. This has hjelped me carb up again before the next workout. IDW mentioned I looked flat one day (bastard, never forgive that) so I thought I would address it with greater replenishment.

Ohh and ditched the CN Test-E

You know what, I thought that me saying that might have this effect on you, either that or turn you against me. :pfft: :pfft:

So you tell Android he's flat and tell me my arms are puny lol...

Harry, you said you competed around 1998 at sub 90kg with 19" arms. I complemented you - that's amazing size on a small guy like you.

You probably thought that because it was true. Dehydration is bad!

I demand a re-weigh. Harry hasn't been under 90kg since he was 10 years old

:pfft:

Do me IDW, I need the motivation. What do I need to work on

Harry you had 19" arms back then and you still got them, what have u been doing (jedi IDW mind trick 101)

You need to work on your details. Size... you've got it, you need to offset your blockiness with as much detail as possible. You're at the point where you need to let certain bodyparts detrain to get a more balanced look.

If you're not careful; a smaller guy (like me :pfft: ) might come up on stage at 95-100kg and take you out. 8)

There's a little hint in there for you SG, see if you can find it.
