Tomorrow am training at the Uni gym with Small ;-) will knock off work early arvo and do Shoulders and Biceps with her.

My goal is to get onstage in either 2010, or 2011 much bigger and better than before-2010 if i am happy with how i look, 2011 for that further size.

I believe that's her ideal and she's got a very similar structure :nod:

Seeing her train in the gym is pretty inspiring tbh.

Not many chicks rep out to failure, pause, rep out again, pause, rep again, pause, rep...it's painful to watch but it's pretty inspiring to be around.

Biggurl27 has the same attitude to workouts in the gym, srs

Today was Chest and Tris.

Still feeling big, full, stretched even though abs cramped up early arvo at work...I got a Powerade and downed it ASAP. Disaster averted. My pre-workout was a chicken + rice +cottage cheese lite meal, a 50gm Underground whey, and then a small coke...good to go.

Did 3 bench exercises, decline, flat, incline in that order. No spectacular tonnage moved just getting back into the basic exercises. Found on decline my shoulders taking the strain so pulled them backwards and voila my chesticles started feeling the love more.

Did 100kg working sets on all 3 exercises, only warmup was on the decline.

Triceps was rope pushdowns, dips, dumbbell overhead extension, and lying skull crushers with a 30kg suicide bar. Last exercise was 7 sets which really pumps them up, still in the 10-12 rep range.

PWO shake was 50gms Underground Whey with Glucose.

30 mins after workout and dinner was white fish, avocado, cucumber, broccoli, carrots. Then had 150gms Natural Muesli with milk.

It's my day off tomorrow from training will have a few electrolyte drinks and salt my chicken as well me thinks

Thursday was at Uni gym with Small we must have pressed tons, repped thousands, and tore the house down...I think that's what happened.

Friday just as epic for Back. Deadlifts to Africa and enough Rows that wud get me to China and back.

Come on without proof who ya gonna believe?

Today was Chest, 2nd Chest this week was with I Declare War.

Pre-workout was breakfast (oats with apricots and Sultanas, protein shake, 10 egg whites and one yolk), then closer to leaving home BSN Nitrix and a 3 tspn coffee.

We started with incline Smith machine, keen to try Harry's version. Not sure if we did it right tbh. We set pins above parallel and so range of motion is top part of pressing movement. We worked up to 3pps and did 3 working sets in the 9-12 range from memory.

Have done these but also the one where u use the squat rack and place pins just below your lockout point...no relief for the entire set! Was good to try something different and we prolly pressed more than we could for full range of motion.

Next was incline dumbbell press. warmup was 25kg, then 40kg and then 50kg for 3 working sets. I need to keep doing heavy weights even if I don't feel like it, and IDW kept up with me. Our weights seemed similar and he keeps repping each set until he can't do a complete rep, same.

Flat bench next and we just put 2pps and repped out what we had left. First set was a bit quick so slowed the others down. By now Chest and Arms were tiring quickly, all good.

Finally we did Pec Deck machine, lost count of the sets but was prolly 5 or 6 sets. Chest pumped up nicely and had a good workout. IDW stayed longer for Biceps but I left, took a peptide shot and PWO shake 20mins later. Got home cooked chicken, had 4 pieces of toast with honey, and a shake made from carrots, berries, banana, apple.

Was 109kg this morning holding good weight and shape still. Last 2 nights woken up sweating must just b body re-balancing itself, feel fine and motivated otherwise

Today was Shoulders and Triceps and was powered by:

7am: 200mcg GHRP-6, 20mg Nolvadex, x4 BSN Nitrix, multi-vits

7:20am: 150gms Muesli with 100ml milk + 40gms sultanas. x4 Vogel toast with butter and honey. 50gm WPC/WPI shake.

10:30am: 300gm chicken breast, 150gm kumara, mixed veges

1pm: 100mcg GHRP-6

1:30pm: 300gm chicken breast, 150gm kumara, mixed veges

2pm: can of V, slice of orange cake, 150gm salmon, x4 BSN Nitrix

3pm: 300gm chicken breast, 150gm kumara, mixed veges

4pm: 50gm WPC/WPI shake. 40gm raisins, x3 tspn coffee

4:45: workout

6pm: 200mcg GHRP-6

6:20: PWO shake 50gm WPC/WPI shake with 60gm Glucose

6:45: 400gm chicken breast, 150gm kumara, mixed veges

Later at 9pm: 200gm chicken breast, 100gm muesli with 100ml milk

10pm: 100mcg GHRP-6

Workout was good tonight, pressed heavy for where I am at on a machine. Then side raises went heavy...well seems heavy as last 2 months been high volume so going down the stack seems heavy relative to that.

Then dumbbell side raises up to 15kg, then pec deck rear delts, and then front raises with 20kg plate.

Triceps next and did them all on a cable, single arm kickbacks, then single arm pushdowns, then v-bar overhead extensions, lastly pushdowns with the v-bar.

Talked to someone I respect highly about my strength and body composition today. I feel like I should b at the bottom of the PCT and yet still feel good and holding glycogen in the muscle for the fullness etc. Was advised that although Test will be low in my system coming off orals and short esters 2.5 weeks ago the body will still b riding the anabolic wave due to length of on-cycle being long the body will take longer to go back to normal and this has nothing to do with regaining Test levels. More about other hormones re-balancing at a different rate to the natty test.

Interesting, explains a lot for me but complicates things as well so more to learn.

I've done the DHEA for as long as I think I need to, and will finish the GHRP-6 soon as well. Will keep off gear for another 3.5 weeks for total of 6 weeks at least but between now and then am keen to see what happens and hopefully learn something about longer cycles.

Took a couple of pics this morning because I was counting my macros which I have been eating since the comp. Good meals all day and night with one meal whatever I like. Could be cake and V like yesterday in the arvo, or dinner in a restaurant...with dessert.

Yesterday's macros seem to be:

Carbs :- Morn=200, 40, 40, 40, Cheat=60, Pre=30, Post=60, 40, Bed=70

Prot :- Morn=50, 60, 60, 60, Cheat=20, Pre=50, Post=50, 80, Bed=40

Fats :- Morn=25, 10, 10, 10, Cheat=10, Bed=15, 20, Bed=10

C=580

P=470

F=990

Total Calories = 2320 + 1880 + 990 = 5190

I learnt something today...I've always never taken or targeted extra Fats ever so didn't know how much was in anything. 100gms chicken breast without skin has 5gms fat :-)

So after that macro breakdown...I am about 10% bf without calipers to tell me. Yesterday in the gym at 5pm I was right on 110kg.

so what's your opinion of eating close to 50+ g protein for break fast ? eggs 36g oats 8g + protein shakes ?

would like to know what's your nutrition tip for gaining muscles and losing fat.

Hehehe 10 months on and 6 weeks off! That's not cycling bro.. that's just taking a pin break. :)

Hahaha, if I can last 6 weeks...

Workout today was Legs.

I did no leg curls or extensions! Never happened before that I can remember lol

Squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, then Smith machine front Squats, then leg press, lastly seated calf raises.

Did a lot of sets on stiff-legged, leg press, and calf raises.

Realized during this workout that I can't help but count reps, seems impossible to me to avoid. Even if I try not to count my mind is too busy trying not to focus that i miss the concentration on the muscle...waste of time trying me thinks.

Also, am not going to failure, haven't since the comp. Just stimulating with form and average weight. Not gaining, not losing at the mo.

Went out and shopped for Homemade Muesli ingredients. I have so many bags of oats but really like Muesli I thought I'd make it and this is what I have done, started with 400gms and taste test. It tastes as good as any others and think I can add bran in there too. Cost and Macros all worked out.

I brought for convenience so the Apricots are diced dried apricots. Almond slivers are available saves me doing it, but brought whole skinned peanuts and crushed them myself. Chocolate bits was for extra flavor but not really needed.

Homemade Muesli

200gms Oats 26p 112c 10f $0.80

50gms peanuts 12p 4c 23f $0.30

50gms sultanas 1p 34c 0f $0.35

25gms apricots 1p 11c 0f $0.50

25gms almonds 5p 1c 11f $0.35

I don't believe the answer to gaining muscle and losing fat is in Nutrition alone. If you have a year up your sleeve you could prolly lose fat with a restricted diet and gain "some" muscle. If you want it sooner you'll want to look at cardio as the solution, and a diet to support that. Gaining muscle and doing cardio, naturally, I've done it once and lost fat but don't believe I gained any muscle so I am no help there.

The shake was on getting up at 8am, the Eggs at about 8:30 were my Recovery meal #1 for the workout at 10am.

I see, all that macro nutrition ratio 40/40/20 is just guidelines . Experiment with my own diet currently. 30 p / 50 carb / 20 fat.

Supplements update:

Yesterday my free supps arrived from NZMuscle. Good service, very good range of things online had not taken a look before.

I got 1M.R for my pre-workout and Gaspari's BCAA 6000. Was torn between BCAAs and a Test Booster but really want to see how I go without them this time.

I finished my free Underground tub of protein (just over 2.5 weeks to get through a 5lb'er LOL). It was okay but froths up too much in the shaker and holds the froth too long. You gotta drink what's liquid and then wait a few minutes before the froth settles to finish off the rest.

Opened my free EatMe bag of Strawberry Whey yesterday after work. It tastes very watery so I will have to try with less water perhaps and see how that goes.

Still prefer the Dymatize Isolate at this stage for taste, mixing etc.

I haven't had GHRP-6 for 3 days now and am noticing less hunger at key meal times. I can still eat the same without forcing it down, but before it was easy as and was "feeling" hungry. It feels like my muscles aren't as full as they were but that could be a mental thing or coming down off the gear at this stage.

Workout today was Back.

Just heard I am being considered for a major career role so was on a high, altho now i have to hire a suit for interview my one doesnt fit anymore. Pre-workout was a 50gm shake, pkt of raisins, BSN Nitrix and 1MR, was locked into the workout and felt strong for where I'm at. Motivation still high!

Didn't do any width exercises just hit the basic 3 exercises with good working sets, Deadlifts, Shrugs, and Barbell Rows.

Took plenty of rest between sets but also a few interruptions with phone and people in the gym.

Spoke to one about peptides and unfortunately there's still talk of it being legal to possess going around...it isn't. There's no such thing as a script for something still classified as "in research" and although its new it's covered by a clause in the law regarding anything targeting the Pituatary glands for GH release.

Was supposed to see doctor to get blood tests but just no time today, will have to be next week now.
