This morning was the hardest cardio ever, from start to finish I felt tired and weak. Didn't help I forgot to take caffeine fat burners. Think it was Sundays carb-up wearing off which is a good thing.

I ate a bit extra today...1/2 packet of flavored rice wafers with marmite on some of them. Damn tasty and prolly 50gms carbs.

Afternoon was Legs workout and did Leg curls down to the stack, Leg Extensions down to the stack, Leg Press not so heavy but lots of sets, Hack Squat 2pps lots of sets mostly feet close together, calf raises, then back to Leg Extensions one leg at a time.

Legs pumped up and veins sticking out despite mild water retention so be keen to know what bf I am. This was my last Quad workout, I will do Hammies Saturday with calves but want to c what Quads do with 9 days rest...have heard some leave them 10 days b4 a show so must b a reason...

Cardio was bike then cross trainer and was a good session when considering just done Legs. Tired now so be an early night and won't b taking GHRP-6 pre-cardio like this morning, will take it straight after, wait 20mins then have raisins, double WPI shake, 300gm salmon, and 10 egg whites for breakfast.

Had an early night and woke up refreshed but motivation was zero, am feeling tired so it's no more Growth Peptides for me as it inteferes with cardio too much. I nearly fell asleep at work the other day.

This morning's cardio was 1hr and then did some abs. Had raisins, shake, and salmon in the car on the way home, followed by 10 egg whites.

Will be buying Miso soup today and start my sodium loading today. Then in the weekend start over-hydrating and wanting to piss every 30 minutes. Will make going out in the weekend interesting will have to plan the trip around known public rest rooms LOL.

Over-hydration for me is 10 litres plus a day and sodium loading is at least 5gms extra sodium on top of normal intake of I *guess* about 3gms...?

SFS: he doesn't know, will just do it, record what I do, then tell him afterwards. He's adamant over-hydration doesnt work or is risky and ignores wen I tell him it worked for me b4...what else can I do.

Today, oh man today I had BurgerFuel, the Greedy Bastard is x2 1/3 lb meat patties, bacon, cheese, avaado, beetroot and more. Had a malt shake and fries with it too. Then later a bowl with peaches, jam, rice cereal. Went for a shower and veins popping out over my abs lol. I really needed a carb-up I felt weak these last 3 days and after a non-stellar workout this arvo decided I needed some.

Did middle back workout at least, incline shrugs, wide cable row things, and seated row but just felt poked so stopped. Noticed the Winny on my joints but it's not too bad, am taking 50mg liquid Stanz orally, 60mg Tren and 60mg Prop ED. Lowered T3 to 75mcg so that after Lyabour weekend when comp is over am almost back to normal levels. Never did get up to 150mcg ED, no biggie 125mcg was enough.

No idea what my bf is, looks ok but will get blurry as I sodium and water load so have to trust cardio working ok. My TP/PT lost less this week than last weeks and we do same cardio sessions so that's not promising, hopefully our bodies respond differently.

Will go for walk around streets tomorrow morning rather than to the gym I need a break from those boring machines.

Am taking extra sodium had 3 soups today and salt on chicken breasts tonight. Tomorrow will drink a liter water every hour and get more sodium in as well.

re: hydration / sodium load. Queried it a few weeks back with you but didn't push it as sometimes what works for others doesnt work for mainstream and didn't want to thow you out but IMO overhydrating will bring you in nice and full > the trick is knowing when to switch the sodium out for potassium and ensuring you dont blow out on the last day.

What I do ... (not recommended here ... just sharing - you need to practice a bit with it so wouldnt risk your nats spot on it unless you are confident and do some reading on it)

I load out with 12L water per day for 10 days (start 14/15 days out 2 days before ceasing carbs) loading sodium into meals - you can probably use a bit more than 5gms but its a good place to start.

4 days out I take a 100ml hit of glycerol in 500ml water at about midday and finish the last day of water loading up (approx 4-5L over the balance of the day) The next day I half my daily water and repeat until day of show where I wet my lips with water melon only. day 4 12L day 3 6L day 2 3L Day 1 1.5L ... Show day nil water until end morning show.

(You can buy glycerol over the counter - the glycerol will dehydrate you and cause your carb load to suck more glucose into muscle during load from 3 days out = massive pump on the day).

If you can get acess to a lasix product with amiloride and use as directed for the last 4 days it will spare the potassium you are putting back in to trick the body into excreting the balance of sodium and water.

I did the same build up with an OD of taraxatone (herbal product) back in the day and was really pleased with how quick the water moved through and by the size of the pump I got on the day.

hey

how do you find bsn nitrix? any good?

Yeah I like it whether on or off gear but effects more noticeable when off of course. Got to take more than they say and get the big bottle cos by 3rd week it just starts paying dividends.

Cheers Opti,

Will look at Glycerol. I used over-hydration and sodium load for Coromandel and looked way better at a higher body fat than I did at Waikato. Looks similar to what I did but not so far out, I was following Jamie Camerons advice at that show. I dried out in just 3 days can remember drinking 10litres on Wednesday b4 the show and just cutting back to 1litre Thurs, 0.5litre Fri, and nothing from Fri PM onwards with diuretic, and only food from Fri PM through to morning show was kumara chips and McDs burgers...Fri night, Sat 3am feed, and 7am

Cheers mate will follow up on those resources tonight

Nice 1hr walk this morning, no pressure just me and music enjoying the morning outside.

Breakfast was a WPI shake, 10 egg whites and 400gms chicken. Drinking lots of water all day too.

About 11 had another 400gm chicken and 100gm kumara with cottage cheese lite. Then went to the new gym in Stanley St. Awesome place all top of the line Life Fitness machines. Need more though there are no v-bars for example. They have almost everything else. Most noticeable is they don't have pump classes in the cardio or circuit room like Les Mills in the city, where it's so noisy and sweaty you can't hear your own music or enjoy an hour to yourself. This new place has an ice-room, saunas, pools, everything.

After Shoulder workout had 200gm steak with mushroom sauce in their restaurant. Was $15, can just pick the ingredients u want which is cool rather than pick a whole meal. Much healthier food options than other places but they have the unhealthy tastier options as well.

Got some oral Winny 40mg tabs and Clen, took 80mcg Clen and will take 40mg Winny tab soon as had 50mg/ml liquid earlier.

Got home and had a juice from a celery stick, a carrot, apple, banana, and some lite ice-cream (just so little one would drink some).

Had a 1hr nap then cooked up 400gm chicken and had with 150gm kumara and cottage cheese lite.

Brought Miso soup will be sculling this for sodium over the week it's almost 1gm per serve of sodium this one without carbs etc.

Feeling full, will back off carbs tomorrow and keep meat high. Will get 2kg chicken into me by the end of today. Can remember doing 1.5kg for Coromandel show when I was 91kg so a bit more seems about right and when I lower carbs will still give me energy I need.

Will get onto 160mcg starting tomorrow it's a bit late in the day today or I won't sleep well.

Another change is I might go back to morning walks next week cos it gives me an extra hour sleeping, tradeoff is I don't think HR goes as high so I may jog/walk.

Went for a 3/4 hr walk yesterday evening with the missus so not too hardout, then I cooked 500gm chicken, 100gm kumara, and cottage cheese lite for dinner. During the rugby I had 8 rice crackers covered with marmite, 1/4 orange, some other small crckers with cream cheese lite and loads of water.

I had to have a Caesin shake before bed instead of cooking meat I was so full and tired by 10pm. My bedtime shake was close to 100gms protein, 2 scoops of Caesin with 2 scoops of WPI in 700ml of water.

I took a whole 3mg Melatonin tab which would otherwise knock me cos I had taken the clen in the early arvo, my heart was pounding from the clen which kept waking me and my breathing was hard first part of the night. Woke up twice in the night thanks to the excess water and sodium.

Blood pressure feels high, was feeling it on the walk and all last night, have felt worse when I was 118kg and bulking so it's not so bad but it's there.

Woke up and downed 80mcg clen, 40mg Stanz, 2 multis and a strong black coffee.

Had a 1hr morning walk/ jog. Started off walking, picked up the pace and at halfway turned round and jogged/ walked back.

Breakfast cooked 500gms chicken with extras salt, 100gms kumara, 50gms cottage cheese lite. Then had a pancake with sweet unadultered sugary syrup on it, chased down by a juice I made from a celery, apple, banana, broccolli, carrot.

Lastly had a miso soup and getting ready to cook another 500gm of chicken breasts and kumara.

Plan on doing Hammies, Calves, and Outer Back (width) today. I last did Quads on Thursday and won't touch them again, they get blood in them twice a day from cardio as it is.

That's it...all day today I am sculling back water at home and eating salty things like miso soup, tasty rice crackers and marmite, coke zero is allowed, and loads and loads of meat with chilli sauce. This gives me the amazing blurry figure I see before me :shifty:

Today - Wednesday carbs are about 150gms, not as low as last time. Cardio will have to increase so I will go back to high rep work this week, and the ancilliary supplements. That's all I can do. Looking to drop water and cut all sodium on Wednesday midday so that by Friday midday or evening it's expelled everything naturally and then time for the diuretic to do it's job.

Carbs I plan to increase Thursday morning I don't need to carb-up early this time as I am not going in to it so depleted.

Today's workout was at 3pm after eating 1.3kg chicken, 300gms kumara, the morning pancake, prolly 5litres of water, lots of sodium, then b4 leaving home took 80mcg Clen, 40mg Stanz, and an Energy Shot.

Did outer lat workout and felt similar to being on insulin. The water retention, fullness, and pressure on the muscles was identical. My weight was 106kg and just heard Kristian is 102kg and aiming for same class as me. He was working his Quads, Calves etc so happy about that, that hes doing Legs 5 1/2 days out from the show :-)

Did a lot of lat pulldowns and a row basically, different grips, behind neck, single arm pulldowns etc.

I did some stiff legged deadlifts with just 60kg, every exercise today was 4 sets in the 10-20 range.

Finished with seated calf raises.

No cardio I downed a 50gm WPI shake and raisins post workout. I am feeling like metabolism is in high gear and need to feed the body which keeps it higher still. I hope this works...

Cooked a chicken roast for my family, scalloped potatoes and kumara with cheese, carrots baked in oil and honey, and corguettes baked in oil. Was tasty-as and tried everything but mainly ate the chicken breast.

Had a rest the went for a 45min walk around a place that's quite hilly and just walking was an effort let alone the hills, so this is good it means my body is burning more just to do normal things like walking. The extra water also meant 45min is as long as I can go without a piss stop!

I will get up 2moro morning and do cross trainer in the gym for 1hr. My front legs are a bit achy from yesterday's jogging so low impact cardio it has to be.

What else....have brought packets of rice crackers salted and zero-salt. Was thinking I would eat 1 packet a day for 3 days until end of Wednesday for extra carbs as each packet has 80gms and include marmite as a spread, then switch to zero-salt ones after that, just plain of course.

It's 9:30am and I've already eaten 1kg chicken breasts, drunk 4litres of water, and prolly 50gms carb from kumara, sweet chilli sauce, and rice crackers with marmite. Sodium has been over 1gm.

Last night I got up 4 times to piss my Na pumps are working and although it's uncomfortable it's satisfying to know I've reached this point.

Cardio was crosstrainer for 1hr.

Plan to do midday workout (Triceps then Chest), then arvo cardio for an hour. After dinner another 45min walk.

That's the plan. Rest of day is eating, drinking, peeing lol, and napping

Why were you sleeping in your car bro? I thought you had taken this week off work. :poked: lol

Coming in strong bro. Keep it up!

Saves driving home 3 times a day and little one with Mother in law are at home so naps are out and PlayDoh wud b in haha

I weighed in at 107kg this arvo. Did chest workout and veins popping out so keeping lean I guess...I hope. Have a headache from blood pressure I bet.

Felt strong like I did yesterday like the muscles are rigid and full so 40kg dumbbell incline press was easy, not a heavy weight but so close to a show x4 15 rep sets is doing ok for me. Few other exercises, a seated press and a seated flye and done.

Have eaten all my chicken and brought salty meats and ate them to. So far today was 400gms breakfast, cooked 1.8kg for the day, plus 2 packets of 120gm meats...plus 10 egg whites this morning...might explain the weight gain a bit come to think of it.

Nice to catch up with u during cardio today mate. Man the traffic was bad, got hungry so I parked up again and decided to grab a bite in the city... I had one of those Greedy Bastard burgers at Burger Fuel... man it was good but it makes a hell of a mess to eat.. hard getting those first few bites in and I think I used like 10 serviettes all up. Wonder if one of those doofer things they've got helps!

Good luck with the nats this weekend, hope all goes to plan for u!
