Today I trained shoulders and triceps training was good expect for some nob walked in front of me while I was doing cable lateral raise.Stared off with

Smith machine shoulder press 1x10 60kg,4x6 70kg,75kg,77kg,80kg,85kg

bent over lateral raise 4x12 25kg

cable later raise 4x10 21pounds

seated DB shoulder press to failure 35kg

assisted dips 4x10 50,40,30,25 all pounds

Dips with feet on bench 4x20 30 seconds rest between sets

rope triceps press down 4x8 63,69,71,79 all pounds

GYM RAT BABY,TIME TO SMACK THIS HEAVY ASS WEIGHT.Roll on back and abs.

Training went well today I did back and abs started off with

DB row 4x8 42.5kg,45kg,47.5kg,50kg

cable row underhand grip using a lat pull down bar 4x10 70kg,77kg,80kg,84kg

Iso lateral low row 4x6 120kg,125kg,128,130kg

bb row with knuckles facing down 12,10,8 80kg,85kg,90kg failure 50kg

reverser crunches 4x20.

Well I was walking to work I thought of a good name my training video which is Gym Rat the beast good idea for a training video guys.GYM RAT BABY.

Gym rat do you have any pics posted up so far?

You should definitely record yourself cooking, getting read, preparing supplements, going to work etc.

It's important to build an image bro ....

Maybe you can feature some other NZBB members to come train with you for a session ....

No weights today just cardio and that well today.I did twenty minutes on the bike on level six plus the gym was not as hot compare to last Saturday.For the the film it could have some footage of me walking around Wellington weather maybe footage of me on Courtney Place or walking along the water front and eating at The Catch sushi on 48 Courtney Palce or eating at Nandos which would be second favorite restrant on Courtney Place.GYM RAT BABY.

I trained legs today and it was bloody dam warm in the gym.I started off with

Smith machine Squats 1x10 100kg,4x6 140kg,170,kg,180kg,190kg

BB deadlifts 1x10 100kg, 4x6-8 110kg,120kg,140kg,150kg

lying leg curls 3x12-15 46kg,52kg,66kg failure 39

bb lunges on to a step 4x6 60kg,70kg,80kg,90kg

single leg press 4x10 110kg I was raped when I dead lifted 150kg \:D/ \:D/ .
