I like those phrase thanks guys for your help guys.I asked my trainer to see if she would be able to film me training when I am in Wellington for the sevens and bad news is which my trainer she dose not a have a video camera bugger.I thought a another good pharse I will add to the list which It is time to smack this heavy ass weight and Gym rat is in the building.

Its all good I have a video camera for when we train, you can yell out yeah buddie as loud and as much as you like.

Today I trained chest and biceps started off with

Incline DB fly's 1x10 35kg,4x8 45kg,50,55kg,60kg

decline DB flys 4x10 45kg

Flat bench DB flys 4x8 45kg,50kg,55kg,60kg

Pec deck 4x12 46kg,59kg,66kg

bicep bb curls 4x6 40kg with a Olympic bb with one 10kg plate on each side

DB curls 4x8 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's,25kg's

DB concretion curls 4x10 10kg,15,17.5kg,20kg

Training was good also a male member asked for some training advice.A male member asked what would be a good exercise for rear delts I told him rear delt flys.GYM RAT BABY.

Do you do any pressing movements for chest??

60kg dumbell flyes - is that per hand or total?

That would be 60 kg in total Samoan Muscle .I do pressing movements for chest as well but this time around I am doing all fly's.

no offence gym rat but i think at 30 kgs a side for your fly's and your size they would look more like a pressing movement.

check out arnold style fly's in pumping iron, now thats a proper full stretch chest fly. none of this jay and ronnie chest fly/press crap(cause my palms are facing in its a fly,lol)

I did cardio for half hour on the bike at level six.While I was doing my cardio I figured out how many for cardios that there will be until I go to Wellington for the sevens about 21 cardio sessions.Roll on shoulders and triceps GYM RAT BABY.

Its a good thing Les Mills provide ear plugs. I know all the gym instructors so they could be handy with the filming :grin:
