Todays journey in the Iron room at Les Mills Dunedin the home of Gym Rat baby took me to the land of shoulders and biceps started off with

Db shoulder press 1x15 15kg's,5x8-10 25kg's,25kg's,25kg's,27.5kg's,30kg's

Db lateral raise 4x8-10 10kg's,12.5kg's,15kg's,17.5kg's

rear delt flys 4x12 50,60,70,90 all in pounds

Front plate raise 3x10 15kg,20kg,20kg

Biceps

machine preacher curls 5x8-10 23kg,27kg,32kg,36kg,41kg PB

BB curls 4x8-10 30kg,33kg,38kg,43kg PB

Alternating db curls 4x8-10 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's.27.5kg's

Just about got xmass shopping just about finshed before thinghs get crazy roll on triceps and hamstrings.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

Triceps rope pushdown 1x15 50,4x10 75,80,95,95 plus a 2.5kg block on top of the stack

DB Triceps kick back 3x10 22.5kg,25kg,27.5kg

Dips with feet on bench 3x20

Hamstrings

Lying leg curls 4x20 39kg,46kg,52kg,59kg

Standing leg curls 4x10 60,70,90,100 plus a 2.5kg block on top of the stack

Stiff legged deadlifts 4x8-10 100kg,110kg,115kg,120kg

While I was resting in between sets during standing leg curls I could hear a loud thumping sound from the cardio area which I thought was very anowing or in other words :roll: :banging: :puke: .GYM RAT BABY!!!.With some fucken smart ass bull shit that I have been getting other members on this site which has gotten me fucken pissed off.I will be leaving this site.Five post a day and who gives a stuff because I wont be posting on this site any more.The next Gym Rat movie will still be going a head it wont be going on this site.

Gym Rat has returned to NZBB \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ :rockout: :rockout: Training has been going good.Today I trained chest and abs started off with

Smith machine incline bench press 1x15 60,5x12-6 70kg,84kg,90kg,95kg,100kg

Flat db bench press 5x8-12 40kg's,42.5kg's,45kg's,37.5kg's,35kg's

Incline flys 5x12-6 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's,27.5kg's,30kg

Crunches 3xfailure

hanging leg raises 3x failure

I made a couple of changes to my training which are I will be taking a break from doing squats for while because of this past wednesday my lower back a bit sore from doing squats so I made the change from squats to leg press.Roll on back and calfs also that would include a 288 rep back train as well kids please try this at home very :twisted: .GYM RAT BABY!!!
