I when I was coming back I yelled out I am feeling the burn in my ass and I be best not to yell it out in the gym or when I am biking past some hotties when I am biking up a step hill or might get very :shifty: since I am a hot good looking film star.Question for you guys Would you like see footage of me training chest when I am in Wellington for the sevens and that can be the main event?Roll on back and calfs.GYM RAT BABY!!!

One arm cable row 4x10 81,91,102,102 all in pounds

Close grip cable row 4x10 84kg,91kg,93kg,102kg

Calf press 6x20 250kg,290kg,300kg,300kg,300kg,300kg

seated calf rasie 4x10 80kg,90kg,100kg,110kg

While I was loading the leg press up for calf press I saw a guy drop a ten kg plate on his foot ouch.Question for you guys would you like to see a photo of my bike?

Its gotta be squats for the movie as its gonna be a sequel to the first gym rat movie. 8)

BB squats 5x10 140kg,150kg,160kg,165kg,170kg

Hack squats 4x8-10 160kg,163kg,168kg,175kg

Leg extenions 3x10 100kg,107kg,114kg plus two 3kg dbs on top of the stack

Walking lunges 3x10 with keetle bells 20kg,20kg,20kg

I left the iron room looking like some old bugger who lost there zimmer frame or wheelchair roll on shoulders and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

Went into health 2000 to pick up a 1.5kg of balance 100% whey when I walked I saw a couple of old buggers with there zimmer framer and wheelchair.I thought may I please use your zimmer frame or wheelchair? :shifty: which I thought was good for a laugh or in other words :pfft: :pfft: .GYM RAT BABY!!!

I have started wearing my Santa hat and I also wear my Santa hat when I train plus I like to call it spreading the joy of xmass Gym Rat style.I might have to leave signed Gym Rat photo for Santa next Friday :shifty: roll on back and calfs.GYM RAT BABY!!!

right arm 15 inches

Chest not sure because the tape measure that I am using only goes up to 39 inches :doh: but I will let you guys know when I do measure my chest

I think you are not telling the whole truth here with your measurements

They seem a tad small for the weights you are pushing or maybe the weights you are pushing are a tad inflated.......... as Oros would say ............
