Db incline press 1x15 20kg's,5x12,6,6,8,8 35kg's,40kg's,40kg's,37.5kg's,37.5kg's

Flat db bench press 4x8,8,10,10 45kgkg's,47.5kg's,40kg's,37.5kg's

Smith machine bench press 3x8,8,10 100kg,130kg,110kg

Superset incline flys 3x10 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's

with

Pushups 3x20 Kids please try this at home :twisted:

Abs

Crunches 4x20

hanging leg raise 4x20

reverse crunches 3x20

tomorow I am going to a 480 rep calf train after I train back and I am looking forward plus it will be a first for me doing a 480 rep calf train :twisted: roll on back and calfs.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

When I do high reps a take a minute break that would also be the same for when I do abs and for when I am doing low reps in the six to eight rep range I take two minutes rest in between sets.

Standing calf raise 4x25-35 180,180,180,180 all in pounds

I sure feeling in my calfs when I was biking to work from the gym roll on quads.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

I am only 2kg away from reaching my goal of squating 170kg by the end of the year roll on shoulders and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

Biceps

Ez bar curls 1x15 29kg,4x10 34kg,37kg,39kg,42kg

seated db curls 4x6-8 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's,27.5kg's

machine preacher curls 8x10 23kg,21kg,18kg,15kg,13kg,11kg,9kg,7kg decinding sets with no breaks

When I finshed my biceps were pumped roll on hamstings and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

My calfs were buring in the last set of standing calf raise I left the gym looking like some old dude who lost there zimmer frame :pfft: also I bought 1.5kg tub of balance 100% whey from health 2000 roll on quads or feeling the burn in my ass.GYM RAT BABY!!
