I asked my trainer about would be hard for me to get to 110kg it would take me a while to do because of my size.I think I best to get up to 100kg instead roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Your trainer is very wise Gym rat...get to 100kgs first before attempting to reach 110.

yes i agree with this, you may find it hard to get to 110 without reaching 100 first.

ay gymrat you know the scales they use at les mills are incorrect, they add 4kg to your actual weight. so u mite only be 94kg. its all relevant tho ay

Can you justify that with any evidence? If the scales are calibrated, how is this so? and by les mills, do you mean all les mills?

yeah actually, les mills DUNEDIN has 3 sets of scales. one in the main gym which most of the members use, on which i weigh 99kg. one on a different (hidden) location which few people use, on which i weigh 95kg. and one proper calibrated one which the personal trainers use for clients, on which i weigh 94kg

i always weigh myself on the same scales at the gym but they have been known to weigh heavy at times. get on the scales and weigh yourself then get off wait for the reset and get back on holding a 20kg plate if it goes up 20kg then they are fairly accurrate i would think

You guys should all have a pose off during the movie. Try an get some shots those sexy Auckland girls too. You should also go visit Moe's supplement store sometime during the movie.

No weights today just cardio for half hour on the bike level eight.I am getting sick and tired of this wet weather it is starting to piss me off roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!

Superset front raise both arms together with side lateral raises 4x8 12.5kg's,12.5kg's,12.5kg's,12.5kg's,15kg's,15kg's,15kg's,15kg's

Rear delt fly's 4x 10 50,60,70,80 all in pounds

Triceps

I was talking to Soundsgood on Facebook before I went and trained. Soundsgood told me that I will be in HD which will make my famous Gym Rat gears bigger and brighter. From now on I am going drink 4l of water but for when I go back to taking creatine on the 25th I will drink 4.5L of water roll on carido.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Matrix for lower back it varys from time to time what I do lower it depends what my trainer puts in programe some it can be back extenions,stiff leg deadlifts or any other lower back excerise.

No weights today just cardio for half hour on the bike on level eight also I got my new program as well which is legs on Monday,Tuseday Chest,abs and cardio,Wednesday cardio,Thursday Shoulders,triceps,Friday back,biceps and cardio. This time around I will be doing higher reps and some low row reps as well in the six to eight rep range.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Rest day today no weights ,no cardio looking forward to doing reps for legs on Monday I think I might need to have mobilty scooter on stand by after I give my legs and good ass kicking so I can to do a drive on Chin and his dumb ass losser friends :haha:

Get a mobility scooter that has hand controls. some are foot operated but if you thoroughly poke your legs they'll be no good for you....hand controls :-)
