LMAO, if he's gonna make silly, ill-informed comments he's got to be prepared for a bit of constructive criticism. but like a lot of people who are bagging the stadium etc down here turning a blind eye to it won't do anything. i'm not that thrilled about it to be honest, but rates go up and they are going to build it regardless, the likelihood of me actually going to a game of rugby there are pretty slim anyway, especially with the way the LOWLANDERS are playing. maybe a test match?

as for the bit in bold that was his typo not my editing.

no loss, maybe the burn in his ass got too much :lol:

I am rapt with getting two new PB 's today for biceps for overhead cable curls and incline curl.While I was doing incline curls I let off a silent protein fart which I thought was good for :pfft: :pfft: roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

Cardio for half hour on the xtrainer level eight.When I read Android journal last night about the 100 rep shoulder work out that Android.I asked my trainer to put in a 100 reps for legs in my next program which will be hard but I don't mind I think I might have to bring a zimmer frame with me to the gym just be on the safe side of thingh's plus a bucket as well :pfft: :pfft: roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

When I arrived at the gym I notice in my bag that I left my other strap at home :doh: but my grip was good when I was doing chin up's.Weighed myself this morning before breakfast up 98kg \:D/ \:D/ I hope I can add another two more 2kg before my assault on Auckland in July.Later on today I am going to listen to the Canes give the Blues a good old :smackbottom: from the Cake tin on radio sport and I wish I was going to that game roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!

No weights today just cardio for half hour on the bike levle eight before I went to the gym to do cardio I did my measurements for this mounth which are

upper chest 43 inches

lower chest 38 inches

wasit 32 inches

hips 34 inches

quads 26 inches

arms 16 inches

calfs 16 inches

my trainer is pleased with my measurments and so am I.Since I have been doing three cardios pre week and dropping extra bodyfat I have notice that I have more engery and I don't get tired quckly.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Cardio half hour on the bike level eight.I was talking to Soundsgood on Facebook and he said he would like to come up to Auckland when I am in Auckland for my assualt on Auckland and he will bring I day up as well plus it will be lots of fun.I have got some DOMS from giving my chest a good ass kicking yesterday bring on the growth roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!
