No weights today just cardio for half an hour on the treadmill on level eight in around the world mode which is a series of different hills and mountains through out the world roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Triceps

Seated DB triceps extensions 3x12 37.5kg,40kg,42.5kg

There was lots of going to war Gym Rat style meaning lots of grunting in the gym while I was training roll on back abs and cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!

when you start paying rates big guy, then you can bitch all you like, but it won't change anything just accept that it is a done deal and get on with things like the rest of us. spare a thought for those of that pay rates and are raising families in this city not too mention the elderly and retired who would be lucky to have 2 cents to rub together
