Over head cable curls 4x8 100,120,140,160 all in pounds

machine preacher curls 4x8 27kg,33kg,36kg,37kg

I farted while I was doing DB bench press which I thought was good for a laugh or in other words :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: roll on cardio.My trainer wants me do cardio still when I travel which I find that rather odd because I do lots of walking around still when I travel :roll: roll on cardio GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!

No weights today just cardio I did half hour on the treadmill on level eight.I asked my trainer about how many more inches that I have to lose around my waist only another two or three more inches or down two 30 inches or 31 inches which is good not long to go.Yesterday afternoon I lost the plot or :madman: from dropping extra body fat .I am thinking about going up to Wellington in September to attend the NZFBB Wellington champs but I am not sure at this stage roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!

When those two or three more inches do come I will thinking sweet good bye body fat around my waste and I am going to keep off and sticking with my three cardio's pre week.

cardio sucks eh.. but can make you happy too :grin:

After I finished giving my shoulders a good ass kicking I give my shoulders a good stretch and I was thinking man I could use a deep tissue sports massage on my shoulders :pfft: :pfft: roll on back,abs and cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Cardio 30 miuntes on the cross trainer level eight

While I was doing body weight chin ups I notice a guy doing lateral raise using bad form and the same for front lateral raises .I thought what a total dumb ass and not my problem if he injures him self roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!

One time i was watching someone do deads.. rounding their back so much i feared for their saftey.. so i demonstrated the correct form.. and got a filthly look for helping! never again.. roll on the wheelchairs! :grin:

Rest day today no weights no cardio. I had a nice lazy rest day today so I would rested for legs. I caught the last twenty minutes of the Warriors and Roosters game good win for the Warriors plus the Canes won \:D/ \:D/ and the Highlanders got a good :smackbottom: from the Blues :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :lol::lol::lol: roll on legs.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!

that was almost clever, but not really :roll: do you know what you're talking about?

have to give you 10/10 for effort, you keep getting banned yet manage to come up with new names to get yourself back on here.

maybe if you started being constructive again the mods would allow you back permanently you obviously can't stay away.

no delts? bad lighting and bad posing can make for a bad pic, why not post some suggestions on bringing this apparent flaw up to scratch? or is it just easier to try and run people down?
