I can not post my diet from what I have said in other post my diet is private between my trainer and myself.If get asked one more time about why I can not post my diet .I am going feel pissed off plus I hate being aske the same question three times when I have already stated the answer is no I am not allowed.

Rest day today I am going to watch the Mighty AB's play Scotland later on today on Prime plus I know who the ref is Wayne Barnes or the ref who scwred the AB's last year in the quater final at the World Cup. :gunfire: Wayne Barnes is a total major dumb ass.

I thought Barnes performance was good comapre to last time around when Branes scrwed us at the world cup.You right on that Soundsgood Barnes sure dose know how to blow his whistle and Barnes is still a huge major dumb ass in my book .Lets hope Barnes dose not step foot in NZ.Branes would not make it out alive.Also I orderd a two pound of Dymatize ISO 100 protein from xtreame nutrition.

I have heard good stuff about Dymatize ano Moe did not give a deal. Labour lossing and Helen Clark steping as leader of the labour party .I feel guted about on the plus side I am glad that Winston Peters is out thank god for that \:D/ \:D/ .I will be able to start taking creatine again onm Tuseday after my three week break from taking creatine plus Ilike to cycle my creatine being on creatine for six weeks and being off it for three weeks so that it last longer for me so I wont end up putting a massive hole in my pocket.

Today I trained legs I did Smith machine Squats

Smith Machine Squats 1 x10 100kg 4x6 130kg,140kg,180kg,193kg

BB deadlifts 1x 10 90kg, 4x6-8 110kg,120kg,130kg,130kg

Lying leg curls 3x12-15 46kg,52kg,59kg and failure 39kg

BB lunges on to a step 4x 6 90kg

Single leg press 4x10 105kg

Training was good expect for while I was doing deadlifts a Female PT was talking with her client about what they got up to on the weekend. While I was thinking who gives a rats ass.My ass will be sore tomorrow but I won't mind I have case of TAS meaning tight ass syndrome LIGHT WEIGHT BABY.

Good leg train today Gymrat. And you know if your legs are sore tomorrow then you must have had a good leg train, if they're not you didnt work hard enough!

Gym rat, TAS is always better than LAS !!! I once dated this girl who... sorry wrong forum, anyway,

your deadlifts, seem relatively very light compared to the massive strenght you have on squats.

why not go heavier ? or is there some reason ?

No Angent Orange that was not a excuse that is the way that look at most stuff in life.I can not wait to be back on creatine tormorow after my three week break from being off creatine plus my order of Dymatize ISO 100 protein from extream nutrition has been fulled.Looking forward to useing Dymatize for the frist time roll on chest and biceps tormorow ant nothing but a peanut.

Decline DB flys 4x10 45kg

Flat bench DB flys' 4x8 45kg,50kg,55kg,60

Pec Deck 3x12 46kg,52kg,59kg

BB biceps curls 4x6 36.5kg

DB curls 20kg's,22.5kg's 25kg's,25kg's

Db concretion curls 4x10 12kg,15kg,17.5kg,17.5kg

I had case of bad luck while I was adjusting the decline bench the nob broke on me :oops: or oh bugger.It is also nice to be back on the creatine after being off creatine for three weeks LIGHT WEIGHT BABY.
