I am stoked with four PB's that I got this morning when I did chest and bicep.Later on today I am going book my flights for when I go up to Aucks in July but this around I am going book a flight that leaves Dunedin at a good hour not 7.20am which I have done in the last trips to Aucks so I don't have to get up at some strange hour like 4.30am roll on cardio .GYM RAT BABY!!!!!

If any of you Auckland folk are good at produceing films and filming I will be more then great full because Soundsgood has ditch this site and I am looking for a producer for my next film Gym Rat 2 the Assult on Auckland.

What about flight numbers and times so we can all come and greet you at the terminal!

Gym rat i really think you should compete this year.. bulking to 100 will you take you years and if you really want to be a movie star you got to get your name out there with a few showings! I mean its a movie in itselfs gym rats road to nationals.. or sum retarded name you will think of :nod:

Big_J From what I said in my previous post I am not ready yet to compete from what my trainer has said to me first I need to bulk up to 100kg and get more peak on my biceps also it will take me a while to get up 100kg because of my body type being a lean built.I can not think of my flight number just now I will mention that later on when I come home from work.I showed my dad my film last night when I went around to my dad's house for tea last night my old man thought it was cool and real crack up or in other words a :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: .

I am going to make another film when I hit Auckland all I just need is camera person to film everything that I will be doing for the likes of training,eating,the warriors game that I plain on going and the Tourist stuff like the sky tower etc.
