Trained shoulder and triceps started off with

Standing smith machine shoulder press 1x10 30kg,3x6 70kg,70kg,70kg

Arnold press or what I like to call Arnold press the Governor press since Arnold is the Governor or California anyway 4x6 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg or 25kg in each had

Super set lateral raises with bent over lateral raise( standing lateral 4x6 35kg,35kg,35kg,35kg,bent over lateral raise 35kg,35kg,35kg,35kg

DB skull crushers 4x6 45kg,45kg,45kg,45kg or 22.5kg in each hand

One arm cable triceps press down 3x6 39,39,39, all in pounds

Close grip bench press 4x6 75kg,75kg,75kg,75kg

While I was doing super set lateral raise with bent over lateral raise I farted a couple of time which I thought was good for a laugh or :pfft: :pfft:.Roll on back,abs and cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!!

Trained back,abs and cardio started off with

Body weight chin up's 5x8

bent over DB rows with both arms together 4x6 85kg,85kg,85kg,85kg

both of the bars on the lifting platform were being used so I did Iso lateral row 4x6 140kg,140kg,140kg,140kg

one arm cable row 3x6 49kg,49kg,49kg

Back extenions 4x15

reverse crunches 4x15

half hour on the bike level seven I didnt have to do five miunte warm down on the bike it was time for to have a shower and get ready to go to work roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!

The iso lateral row is like cable row but the diffrence between the iso lateral row is the one is plate loaded and the other one is free weight were you can put plates on to the side and use the Iso lateral row in close grip mode or having the hands wide.

No weights just cardio for half hour on the bike level seven also plan on watching the cricket on Prime Blacks caps vs India from Eden park hopefully the weather in Aucks is fine :pray: .GYM RAT BABY!!

Mr Natural the assult on Auckland will be happening in July. The first of the filming for Gym Rat 2 the assult on Auckland might be on Friday night it depends if the Warriors are playing on Friday night the 24th of July

BB squats 1x10 60kg,4x6 120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg

Hack squats 4x10 120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg

One legged leg press 4x6 80kg,80kg80kg,80kg,80kg

DB lunges on to step 3x6 80kg,80kg,80kg or 40kg in each hand

Seated leg curl 4x6 107kg,107kg,107kg,107kg

calf press 4x6 290kg,290kg,290kg,290kg

I didn't feel as strong today but hopefully that change when I go back on to creatine again next week roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

I trained chest and biceps today started off with

BB incline bench press 1x10 60kg,4x6 90kg,90kg,93kg,93kg

BB bench press 100kg,103kg,105kg,105kg

Decline bench fly's 4x6 30kg's,30kg's,30kg,32.5kg's

Cable cross over 3x6 180,180,180 90 pounds each side for all of the three working sets

Overhead cable curls 4x6 100,100,100,100 50 pounds each side for all of the four working sets and new PB \:D/ \:D/

Incline hammer curls 4x6 25kg's,25kg's,27.5kg's,27.5kgs

Ezy bar 21' 4x21's 34kg,34kg,34kg,49kg

Question for you guys Name one gym I will not train when I come up to Auckland in July? I will give you guys a clue it is owned by a guy who runs Miadia
