Today I trained chest and biceps

Incline DB Flys 1x10 30,4x8 40kg,45kg,50kg,55kg

woah, strong flys there gymrat, how much you benching ? must be close to 200 ?

Surely you mean Dumbbell press not flys gymrat? Either way thats way strong! I dont even have dumbbells up to 55kg at my gym!

I just times the weight when I useing two dumb bells for what ever excerse that I may be doing weather it inclines flys etc and the same for any other muscle group.Yes I do that I am useing dumbells but when the weight stack is pounds or kg I just leave it as it is.

HUH Oh so flys were 25.25 kgs DB's then?

55kg flys would have been 2 x 27.5kg DB's. :) I am assuming Gymrat doesnt use a 30kg DB in one hand and a 25kg in the other :pfft:

Oh you know what I mean smarty pants, I'm not with it and sick. Not so scared of training with you now though gym rat :grin:

I trained with Big Andrew Van Lent last night, he did a set of incline db's with a 50 in the right hand and a 47.5 in the other...very unique training system that.

PS guys, I stood onstage with Mr Olympia Dexter Jackson this year, weigh up how much I'd really care what DP thinks of my signed pics against that.

Andrews dicky shoulder hmmm already training it eh, well done must be on the mend. My first 65kg bench was by mistake as the gymmie stacked too much on the right and I was like "hell my right chest and shoulder hurts!"

Indeed and you will be standing next to many more pro's. Oh and thanks for quoting that post with me showing off my outstanding mathmatical expertise
