I trained legs today training was good today started off with

BB squats 1x10 100kg,5x10-12 140kg,140,140kg,140kg,140kg

BB deadlifts 5x10-12 110kg,110kg,110kg,110kg,110kg

DB step ups 5x10-12 40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg or 20kg in each hand

lunges 5x-10-12 40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg or 20kg in each hand

Super set seat leg curls with leg extension 5x10-12 seated leg curls 73kg,73kg,73kg,73kg,73kg,leg extensions 86kg,86kg,86kg,86kg,86

Calf press 4x10-12 200kg,200kg,200kg,200kg

When I was walking to work I was thinking could some please get me a zimmer frame or a whealchair with a motor in it :pfft: roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY

I trained chest and biceps today started off with

Incline bench press warm up 1x10 60kg,5x10-12 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg bb bench press 5x10-12 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg

Decline Flys 5x10-12 40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg or 20kg in each hand

Cable cross overs 5x10-12 100,100,100,100,100 or 50 pounds on each side

BB curls 5x10-12 26.5kg,26.5kg,26.5kg,26.5kg,26.5kg

ezy bar 21's 4x21 29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg

hammer curls 5x10-12 40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg,40kg or 20kg in each hand

Question for you guys would like to see video footage me training legs as well when I train legs with Biggurl when I am in Wellywood for the sevens?Roll on Cardio or roll on time to feel the burn in ass.GYM RAT BABY!

I plain on putting on a show for your Biggurl when I training legs with you.You will be very amazed of the bad ass weights that I use when I train legs and I forgot to mention in my previous post that I have a extreame case of TAS from giving my legs a good ass kicking yesterday.

I reckon that myself the video will be very cool plus I can not wait for the filming to start.I thought of a good name for the video when I train legs with Biggurl on the Monday when I am Wellywood which is Gym Rats brutal Legs workout what do guys reckon?

No weights today just cardio I did half hour on the bike and some stretching after words.I am getting excited about the filming for Gym rat the movie also plus I can not wait to get up to Wellys and :rockout: party hard out at the sevens for two days roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!

Training was great today I trained shoulder triceps started off with a warm up set of light DB shoulder press before moving on to tri sets.

Tri sets 5x10-12 DB shoulder press 45kg,45kg,45,45kg,45kg or 22.5kg in each hand

DB front lateral raises 20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg or 10 kg in each hand

Seated DB lateral raise 20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg or 10kg in each hand

Smith machine shoulder press 5x10-12 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg

Dip with feet on bench with 20kg plate on lap 5x15-20 with 45 second rest between sets

Single are triceps press down 5x10-12 27,27,27,27,27 all in pounds

ezy bar skull crushers 5x10-12 29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg

plus I did some grunting while I was training this morning roll on back and abs.GYM RAT BABY

Today is two weeks until the filming of Gym Rat the movie. I trained back and abs started off with

Front Lat pull down 5x10-12 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg

assisted close grip pull ups 5x10-12 40,40,40,40,40 all in pounds

bent over alternating DB row 5x10-12 65kg,65kg,65kg,65kg,65kg or32.5kg in each hand

bb row with knuckles facing down 5x10-12 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg

Super set reverse crunches with crunches 4x15 with 30 seconds rest between sets.Training was good today plus the gym was not as hot compare to earlier in the week which was good roll on cardio or roll on time to feel the burn in my ass.GYM RAT BABY!
